Our utility sink was dripping. We tried to fix ourselves and that didn't work. Called NTCP and they were able to come out the next day. It was recommended that we go purchase a new faucet set. So, my hot water heater went out this morning so I called North Texas Custom Plumbing and they were here within 20 mins. Mike and Nate are two Great Guys took there boots off before entering my house in which they didn't have to really I have hardwood floors but the kind gesture does go along ways. The techs that came out were fantastic. We are breaking 70 year old records and I was concerned we had a pipe freezing and leaking. They were extremely timely, professional, and friendly. They were able to confirm there was no leak. They offered to replace the pipe if I would like. They were not pushy. Given the number of urgent calls the plumbing companies are getting, these guys were fantastic.

The guys showed up on time. Very eager to help and got right after the problem. They kept me informed and answered all my questions. I didn't just have 1 pipe burst, I had 4 total. Excellent plumbing company, called and wanted a gas line installed for new gas stove. They were professional in every step of the way, and reasonably priced. NTXCP did an excellent job upgrading our kitchen faucet! Typically I am a DiY guy, but I am so glad I brought in an expert plumber for this job - removal of the old faucet would've been more than I could have done. NTXCP scheduled my appointment, showed up as scheduled and Garett made the installation look easy. Highly recommend!

I want to take a moment to tell everyone that North Texas Custom Plumbing did a wonderful job! Very professional, took care of all our plumbing issues. We are extremely satisfied with the knowledge and respectful to elderly customers.

I had an appointment to receive an estimate for a tankless hot water heater. We waited for 2 hours and no one showed up, when I called for the status, JC stated the techs were tied up and could not make it to our house - this was after she changed the original appointment. She gave me another time for the next day, which we agreed to and rescheduled some of our other appointments however, an hour later she calls to change the schedule yet again. Seems like this outfit is not reputable, can't believe they can't even get the schedules of their techs right.

Maybe they are running a sweat shop. I'll take my business to a company that is reputable. Extremely poor customer service, Rannai and Lowes should get other reliable dealers on the list.

Prompt, on-time service; tech called ahead to remind of service appt. Tech explained the service needed and the price before doing anything. Price was very reasonable and job was done to my expectations, which are always high.

Excellent plumbing company! Very timely responsiveness and easy to schedule. Polite and knowledgable plumber who took the time to explain my problem and answer all my questions. They were on time (even early after asking permission) and efficient working to solve my issue.

Great plumbing company to work with. This is the second time I have used North Texas Custom Plumbing for my plumbing needs. They arrive on-time, their pricing is straight forward and never changes after they give you a quote. The first project they installed for me was a hot water heater. I bid this project out to three companies and the first two gave me a price over the phone and then when they arrived the price increased by 50 - 70% based on what they call required updates.

I then called North Texas Custom Plumbing and the price they gave me on the phone not only beat the other two companies but it also didn't change when they arrived and they installed all the same updates the other companies wanted to charge me extra for. System works great! My second project I used North Texas Custom Plumbing for was a whole house water softening system.

I didn't even bid the project out this time because I knew the price they gave me was the best. They took the time to show me all my options and explain exactly what they would be doing for each option and we decided to go with a new Fluid Dynamic Hometron system. System works great! Don't waste your time with other companies, go straight to North Texas Custom Plumbing.

These guys are great. Had a leaking water heater that could have caused $10's of thousands of damage because its in the attic. Called in our emergency, talked to John (the owner) who didn't have a crew immediately available, but assured me they would be out that evening to shut down the bad tank and divert the water to a working tank so we would have hot water in the morning.

When they showed, there were four guys that drained the bad tank and stopped the leak. The next morning two crews showed up to remove the two old water heaters and installed a new tankless water. They were done in about three hours. Called a couple of other plumbers before I got to John. None were willing to come out the same day to stop the leak, soonest they could arrive was two days out! Glad I found these guys!
