Pro service came to my house to help with a plumbing issue in the kitchen. My kitchen sink wasn't draining properly causing nats/ fruit flys and they came and fixed the issue pretty fast! So good bye nats/ fruit flys I highly recommend using them if you have any plumbing issues they were very efficient and very nice.

One night shortly after purchasing our home, we were using the kitchen sink when the hallway toilet started overflowing. Being new to the state, we didn't have a trusted plumber to reach out to. Because of the late hour we reached out to a generic emergency service and after waiting on hold were finally connected to a person and put on a wait list.

The call was immediately answered by a real person, not an automated service, and we were quickly worked into their schedule. Not only were they punctual, communicative, and professional, they also took their time to address the issue and never tried to upsell. Just as importantly, they were reasonably priced. Tom and his team were great! We had a leak just before we closed on our house and just before a holiday weekend. He responded to us quickly and they worked hard to help us with our deadline! It was easy to get in touch with Tom and we will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs! Definitely an honest and reliable choice.

We used Pro-Service twice already. First time, Tom, the owner came out to help us locate a leak in our slab. He spent a good amount of time, to make sure he was able to re-route the leaky pipe, so that we didn't have to cut into the slab. He stood by his quoted price even though it took him nearly two days to do the work. 2nd time we called them out to help with a water pressure issue.

We called Tom out because he did such a great job on our leak. We actually had two other plumbers out before Tom, regarding the pressure issue and they told us crazy outrageously expensive solutions. Tom took a look and easily resolved the issue. There was a blockage in the exterior fixture due to a broken faucet that the first plumber installed! Needless to say, we will be only using Pro-Service from now on.

Tom was very professional and honest and he and his associate Pasquale did a great job replacing one of our old tank water heaters with a very nice tankless unit I've been wanting for a while. It's working great! They also replaced a second, old tank heater with a new one. I really liked Tom's communication by keeping me updated of when he was arriving and how the process was going and walking me through what he had done. We are happy repeat customers and I definitely recommend this company and their services. Thank you!

I called Pro-Service to ask them to diagnose and check my water heaters that stopped working during the giant storm. They are obviously incredibly busy and booked for weeks repairing pipes. However, the owner called me personally using Facetime, waited while I climbed up into my roof space and then walked me through some diagnostics to check my water heaters and make sure they were up and functioning correctly and with the correct settings.
