We had a frost plug that didn't work and an outside spigot supply pipe froze and split. No issues until today when we went to water plants outside, and we had standing water in our master suite! Rick and Brandon came out in a short amount of time, and are absolute professionals! They repaired the spigot, (and checked the other one just the make sure). The repair was done inside an hour, and the pricing was very fair. North Star Plumbing will be our go-to for service, and always a recommendation from us!

Speedy service and plenty of availability to schedule a last minute appointment. The technicians that visited me were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were honest about water quality and cost of services. Very reasonable pricing and high quality work to back it. Highly recommend this plumbing company! **Still using this company and had them install an whole house water purifier. They did an excellent job yet again! Highly recommend this company. Top notch service and care!

I wish I could give Jamie at North Star Plumbing 10 stars - best customer service. give this woman a raise! We had a propane gas leak and our home warranty company couldn't find anyone who would work with us as an emergency call. I called North Star and Jamie re-worked their schedule and was able to send Brandon & Rick out same day. They were fast, courteous, and did a great job. Highly recommend.

North Star Plumbing was awesome! I called them at 2:00 pm I had the good fortune that they had a crew nearby! They arrived in about 20 mins, diagnosed the problem and were finished by 2:45 pm! They were very friendly and reasonably priced. I had another company come out that barely looked at the problem and quoted me 3 times the cost! I am very happy! I definitely recommend them!

Update: Just used them again. Had a leak in my HVAC system. Rick and Brandon show up when they're supposed to, stay in communication as far as their arrival time, and have given us several tips to help keep clogs and leaks at bay. They're fantastic. We love North Star. I don't bother calling around. They get here quickly, act professionally, do a great job, explain everything and give me options, pricing is affordable, they clean up after themselves, and everyone in the family is so friendly and helpful.
They did some major work at a friend's property and they were very happy with it. They've replaced the entire sewer line in my yard, unclogged drains, repaired both of the outside faucets, and fixed a leaking toilet. They're angels in Earth suits. :
