Lundberg, a 3rd generation plumber, operated a successful plumbing company in Texarkana, TX before purchasing the Bewley Plumbing operation in 1989. He managed it until his passing in 2011.

Called them to get an estimate on installing isolation valves on my tankless water heater. they showed up on time, took a look the water heater and went back to their van to wright an estimate. came back with a very high estimate. I started telling them about the price that another plumber gave me and what he wanted to do, so I can compare apples to apples. The guy turn his back and leaves without saying anything or allowing me to finish my sentence. Disrespectful.

Over the years we've had Bewley replace 5 of our toilets, 2 water heaters, and diagnose a under cabinet humidity problem. They always do a wonderful job and are very professional! Would have loved to work with this company because we live in downtown McKinney and like to support local businesses. After setting up a time for them to come out and give us an estimate on a tankless hot water heater they confirmed it but no showed us today. No call, no show. We will be going with someone else.

We were extremely impressed with the level of customer service we recently received. Our water heater would not consistently maintain a lit pilot light. After replacing an initial component that did not resolve the issue, Bewley Plumbing stuck with the issue to until it was completely fixed. Their professionalism and expertise were much appreciated through the issue. I would highly recommend Bewley Plumbing!

Filled out an "Angie's List" special and Bewley Plumbing responded. Very courteous and professional; said up front what the cost would be (since I was asking them to do more than the "special" called for.) I've had them back since them and they will be my "go to" for plumbing needs. You should make them yours, too!

Was very disappointed in service. While they was out fixing a faucet I had a issue which I asked them to look at the drain in bathroom. They said they could fix it then come back and said they could not fix it without cutting it out. What they didn't tell me was they broke it worse trying to see if they could fix it. Then when I called about the issue they said that it was a common issue and of course for a price they would come fix it. They at least should of made more effort since they made it worse.

I give them 1 star for at least showing up. I had a water leak just on my side of the water meter. They came out, took one look and determined without digging that the leak was under the driveway and they could not fix the problem. Bottom line, it was hot and they didn't want to dig. I called Starnes and he came right away and within 20 min. the leak was discovered(not under the driveway) and the problem was solved.

These guys know what they are doing. They take care of the small and large stuff. I have a water heater that needed a new flame control device installed. Took care of it with no problem. Had a backed up toilet that I couldn't clean out. They send the device through and it still wasn't clear. The plumber had a few more tricks, problem solved. Recommended a specific toilet brand that flushes harder. Said when I was ready to update the bathroom to give Bewley a call. Professional and get the job done correctly.
