Lee's Tile & Remodeling

We used the Donald Lee years ago in Murphy and were quite happy with his work. We hired his son, Hunter, to do our entryway several years ago, and it was OK. Recently, Hunter responded to a request for a quote on a custom cabinet and then never replied after that. I even went out to his shop. No response. I don't understand why he responds to every request on FB if he's not really interested in doing the jobs. Seems like a waste of everybody's time.

Hunter and his team were very flexible and kind when we ran into the issue of not having enough tile. The local tile store shorted us on the amount of tile needed to tile our bathtub area.

Hunter stated to us he understood and asked us to let him know when more tile would come in. We called him a few days later that the tile arrived. He stated he would get back to us when they could return. Just a few days later they returned like he promised and finished the job. We want all to know that not only does Hunter and his company have absolute Integrity, but a fair price and great workmanship.

His employees called, showed up both times on time and did a great job. They were respectful of our home, cleaned up when they left on both occasions, and were very friendly and asked several times to see how they were doing. They asked what we desired and fulfilled it. Thank you Lees Tile and Remodeling, Hunter, for a job well done!

We have never been more disappointed with a contractor in all of our experiences. Any communication with Don Lee was either very confusing or non-existent. All while charging absolute top dollar for very average work. He kept remembering and adding bill additions after giving me a set price. First time we flushed our toilet it stopped up and backed into the new shower. He came out with a plunger and explained that it must be a "pre-existing" condition. Could not un-stop it and left. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to contracting with Lee Tile to remodel my bathroom on April 23, 2019. They did okay work under difficult circumstances as I was hospitalized the day after they started my remodel. My review is not really based on the work they did, although I was extremely disappointed in the final product. I thought they work was extremely expensive. Charging me $75 each to hang grab bars in the bathroom.

Also charging me $500 for two faucet installations. The cabinet they built is solid, however that was $2000. However, my review is for follow-up. I have contacted Hunter Lee multiple times to finish my bathroom, . They still need to hang the mirror in my bathroom. Today, October 1, 2019. I called 6 times to both numbers and was disconnected each time. Obviously I will need to find someone to finish out the bathroom. Do not use these people they do not want finish what they started.

Donald Lee and his company were chosen to remodel my hall bathroom. I am completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the completed project. The guys were professional and respectful. The vanity they built is first rate quality. I will definitely use them for my next project.

A really great company based on customer service call them for an estimate

Lee's Tile completely remodeled my master bathroom and they did a fantastic job on it. With any kind of remodel, the work itself takes time but when it was complete we were very happy with it. Each person we worked with within the company was great as well. They were kind, friendly and respectful. What makes Lee's Tile stand out from other companies is their customer service. Donald, the owner of the company, takes pride in the work his company does, so if there are any issues he will take care of them. We truly appreciate the work they did on our bathroom but especially the way they went about it. I would highly recommend Lee's Tile to anyone needing work done.

He is a mealy mouthed carpetbagger that charges top dollar and gives you mediocre work in return. Go find someone else and avoid the headache, nothing but lies flow from his mouth

The one thing that stood out was the owner of the company. We were ready for the projects to end and on one particular day Donald said, "okay, today's the day we are going to finish up here". He got everyone from the past weeks in our house to fix all the leftovers. If there is a problem with something make sure you mention it to Donald because he'll get it fixed. He tried very hard to get everything done to our liking. He's a character, and when it's time for business he will make it get done.

I can't speak to the quality of Lee's work as we did not end up using his company. Here's why: He showed up an hour and half late to the scheduled appointment. I found Donald to be chauvinistic and condescending. The first thing out of his mouth after seeing the bathroom project was, "If you are looking for the cheapest estimate, I, m not your guy!" He made an inappropriate and inaccurate assumption.

He then continued to over talk us, interrupt us, and discount our ideas and opinions with regard to OUR home and project. When my husband arrived, I was completely ignored. He told us how "cheap" the old cabinets in our bathroom were, which we were already aware of and trying to replace. Once he asked my husband what he did for a living and my husband responded that he's a doctor, his attitude changed drastically.

He became friendly and was more than willing to offer a reasonable estimate for what he wanted, but not for what we were looking for. He left without even speaking to me, only acknowledging my husband and shaking his hand. It was a rotten experience and we would not recommend him or his company because this is not the way to treat other people.

We use Lee's Tile for all our remodeling needs, plumbing needs, electrical needs. Donald Lee has a great team. Their work is exceptional and top notch. We have had flooring installed, carpet installed, house painting done, shower remodeling, 3 full bathroom remodels and a full kitchen remodel. The craftsmanship is wonderful and they work wonders with all types of materials.

If it is possible, they can do it. Donald Lee, the owner, meets with all clients personally. The entire team is professional, respectful, trustworthy. We highly recommend them. We have never had any issues with their work being faulty.
