We had a backup in our basement after hours, I called Plumbers Services and they were able to send Mike out about an hour later. The receptionist was very helpful and courteous. Mike was great, he gave us a rundown on what was happening and kept us in the know the whole time he was over. He had a great attitude and did an awesome job for us even though it was past his bedtime. 10/10 would recommend!

We had an emergency plumbing issue the other night, and Plumbers Service was the only one to answer our call. They were beyond professional, on time, and they were very reasonable on cost. We had Jeremy reply to our call, and he was the best. He was very professional and knowledgeable on our issue. He was very polite and courteous of our home and even helped us clean up some of the mess that had happened due to our plumbing issue. We will absolutely be using Plumbers Service in the future as well as referring them to friends and family in the future. I can't recommend this company enough.

They answer the phone versus dunning to voicemail. Came early. Not messy. Job exceeded expectations. Guy loved the work.

Was referred to Plumbers Service via my current plumber for a snake of our output pipes to the city. Torry (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) Used on 1/10/20. Did wonderful job unclogging massive clog in drain. Attempted to use them again but couldn't get past lady who makes appts. Tried to explain that when water is used in kitchen sink water comes up in utility room floor. As I was speaking she interrupted and explained how they only do certain jobs not regular plumbing jobs like faucets. I know that because I used them before she would not let me speak so i hung up. Hope the new CO. I hired will do as great a job as they did. Left email. No reply

Our basement drain decided to back up on Memorial Day. I called Plumber's Service and within an hour their technician Chris showed up. He was extremely neat and courteous. He took the time to explain the procedure as well as making certain to keep the work area neat clean. I felt the pricing was right, especially on a holiday weekend. I highly recommend Plumber's Service.

We used this service to diagnose the issue only, which was even misdiagnosed. The technician inserted camera, said main drain/pipe was broken, charged us $390 for the finding & diagnosis and said not to use the showers, or top floor toilets until it's fixed. We received a quote for the actual work which they were able to start 1 wk later. this wasn't going to work for us, 1 wk without showers. we also asked for the answer on which direction the breakage is, but never received it.we then found someone else who took a look at the pipe and found no breakage only a big clog, which the 1st technician could have unclogged. Would not recommend this company. It turns out there are better plumbing businesses out there which don't charge as much just to diagnose, and diagnose properly.
