Thomas's plumbing came to my house to fix a plumbing leak in our basement. They were extremely professional, knowledgable and had great communication. Very affordable rates as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Service: Leak investigation and repair

Brandon and Tony came out after we were experiencing a sewer smell throughout out house. Brandon discovered the problem right away in out crawl space under our addition. A pipe had come disconnected and the disposals and kitchen sinks were leaking into the crawl space. Brandon found a crew to do cleanup, he and Tony fixed the pipe, and no more smell!
We also had them replace a toilet, fix a toilet, fix a faucet, replace two faucets, etc. They were incredible, honest, communicated very well and reasonable with the charges. Thank you so much, Brandon and Tony! You will be out go to for life!

From the moment I called to the end of the inspection, Thomas' plumbing exemplified professionalism and courtesy with a reasonable price. In fact, Tim P. attempted multiple times to recreate the situation I was experiencing (water overflowing from the basement bathroom floor drain) but could not. He explained why it was "self fixed" and chose not to involve more invasive expensive procedures.
Instead he charged me for a service call and stated that if the problem occurred again he could deduct that service amount from any procedures that needed to be done. Thank you!

First time we've ever used Thomas' Plumbing Services. Our water heater started leaking and they were out the next day! Very honest guys with some GOOD recommendations on what to do and what NOT to do. They were also very educational on how to prevent problems in the future and how to maintain our system. Personable, professional, and very clean!

I called Thomas's Plumbing because I was having my bathroom remodeled and I needed to have new sinks and a new shower installed. As one of the other reviewers stated, there is a $69 trip fee to have the plumbers come out and give you a quote, but they applied that towards the work that was being done once I agreed to their quote. They have a $150 plan that will give you 15% off of their normal prices for a year and a free home inspection.
I would only recommend the plan if you are going to spend $1000 or more on the work, otherwise it doesn't make sense to get it. The normal prices are a bit high without the plan, but the 15% off made the price similar to other quotes. Brandon was very friendly and the work that they did was excellent. They are licensed if anything goes wrong. I've been fleeced in the past when I paid a general contractor from Craigslist and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
