I used Genson's to move a laundry room from the main floor into a basement. This included running hot and cold water lines, gas lines, installing a laundry tub, and installing a pump to pump water out of the laundry tub and into our septic tank. Everyone I worked with was professional. A quick quote was provided, lead-time for work was reasonable, pricing was very much in line with other quotes I received as well. All were punctual and hard-working. Will definitely use for any future plumbing needs.

Honest and trustworthy! The big company with 2 last names tried to sell me a new water heater when they did an inspection because of some rust. I called Gensons and they said they can sell me a new water heater but the current one was fine. WOW! That was 2 years ago. Last week they replaced the dip tube and the water is hot and plentiful. These guys are reasonable honest and have my loyalty. When I need that new water heater, I'm calling Gensons!

I have a 1950's ranch home with the cranky plumbing to prove it. I appreciate the competent, no drama, get it done aspects of this company and its employees. I particularly want to thank, Eric, who went back to Home Depot (yes, I was charged for the time) to find a selection of caps when I elected to cap off a finicky, leaking body spray.and who brought a nicer, more functions shower spray head when I moved from a two facet to a single faucet shower. Gensons Plumbing was great. I called with a plumbing issue in my basement. Yes, I was in a panic. Gensons Plumbing took the time on the phone to understand the issue and to explain that my issue was only in the basement. I could use the plumbing in the rest of the house. They came out the next business day and fixed my issue. Very professional, neat, and did great work.

We've used Gensons several times and have been happy each time. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient and prompt. This time they moved pipes and installed a faucet on a utility tub, helped us figure out what we thought was a problem with our stack wasn't and figured out a difficult to find but easy to fix leak on our shower.

They overcharged me based on their quote by $200. The technician left a pipe the wrong way and would have flooded my house if my husband didn't see it. They didn't wear a face mask even though I was. They had to come back twice due to their error. Not a good company, stay away. I talked to owner who never apologized and stuck with his price.

I emailed Genson's at about 10:00am today, they called me about 20 minutes later, and had Corey and Johnny on my doorstep by noon. These gentlemen had to replace a section of my kitchen drain line's plumbing, plus the stack running down through the basement. They were done in one hour.awesome work and a fair price.

I have used them now twice, both times were great. They communicated clearly when they would be there, called before hand and both times were early. I was incredibly impressed with how efficient they were. The first time they needed to replumb a bathroom sink that was leaking and the second time they fixed a toilet, installed a new faucet, and fix a shower diverter. Each time they did quality work quickly at a very reasonable price.

I've used Genson's Plumbing several times over the years. Their service is very good and reasonably priced. Their time estimates have been very accurate, which means no overage charges. The work I've had done include: + hose bib replacement + garbage disposal install + water heater replacement + toilet adjustments Sue in the main office is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Genson's has been to my house for three different jobs: 1) install hot water heater, 2) install shut off valve, and 3) reconfigure piping. They always arrived on time and finished the job within the quoted time. One time, when scheduling an appointment with Sue, she told me the trip fee would be waived. When the guys finished the job, my total included the trip fee.
I paid it anyway, the guys left, and then I ended up calling Sue to ask her about it. She apologized and said she would reimburse me. A few days later, I received a check in the mail! Genson's is a good, local, and honest company that I would use again and recommend.

Called Genson's to come and look at two running toilets based on this Yelp page. They came on time. The technician ran out to purchase one part specific to one of the toilets, returned and was out of here in just over an hour; job completed. The young man who performed the service was friendly, polite and efficient! Would call them again in a second. Reasonably priced, as well. Excellent service.

Have used them several times. They have always been honest and fthoroughly completed what I requested plus some. If a job couldn't be completed that day they offered to come back at no charge when I got my custom parts in. If something like the water heater they provided had a problem they were back immediately to replace it. Very reasonable rates, and thorough and dependable.
Would recommend them in a heart beat. They are the only company to come out in the last few years to truly clean out two different drains. Can't say these things about all plumbing companies even the big names.
