Had my sump pump line replaced. The crew was here promptly at 8:00! Not the cheapest, but the job was grueling, and labor intensive. Every member of the crew was polite, and professional. The Owner Jeff, and Foreman Eric insured every detail was taken care of. Thank you it works great. My yard is now dry for the first time since last Thanksgiving. Highly recommend them!

What a bummer this place was. Came highly recommended by a couple people to snake my kitchen drains. I called on a Thursday and they scheduled me to come out Friday with a window of 12-5. At 4:30 on Friday I called them to ask if they still anticipated being here within my window. The man that answered said no they were very busy. Not a big deal I was ok with this but just asked if they could call me with an updated window and he responded they were so busy with incoming calls why would I think they could make outgoing calls.

I was very surprised he responded this way. He asked if I wanted him to cancel and I said no. He assured me someone would be out that day still. I never heard from them Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, and received a call from them Tuesday asking if I still wanted them to come out. I 100% can understand being busy but the poor communication and rudeness is what really got me. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Tim cam to our home and fixed our sump pump. Reviewed his work and it was excellent. It made it seem so easy. He also recommended a back up water pump if the electricity went off. If some one needs plumbing I would gladly recommend Horton Plumbing and ask if Time could be the point person. Service: Sump pump repair

Made arrangements after they came for a repair for them to come back and quote for a bathroom remodel. Went to their office and made an appointment. Called the day of the appointment to confirm. Was told my appointment wasn't on the books so they added it to the calendar. Husband left work early to meet them at our house. Called them to confirm they are still coming (because they are 19 minutes late at this stage).

Yes we are still coming. 20 minutes later they call to say they aren't coming and can schedule another appointment for us in a "couple of weeks". No thank you. There are plenty of other reliable plumbers that service the Plymouth area. I would recommend that they buy a watch and calendar so they stop wasting peoples time.

Hortons was asked to check my sump pump in a 'new' home, the water seemed to be backing down the pipe after pump went off. Ron said the pipe needed to be higher so the water could drop down outside before going thru a pvc pipe away from the house. Instead of fixing it, he ran the hose into the floor drain. I also asked if the outside pipe could be buried in the Spring, and was told yes, but the other work COULD have been done prior.

I was told this would "hold me until spring". On 3/4/22 I cam e home to 2" of water in my completely FULL basement, water coming up out of 2 floor drains every time the pump turned on. A neighbor ran the hose out a window and back into the original pvc pipe. The water drained. Kyle came out to snake the drain and found a small root ball. Linda at H.P. is charging me $180 taking ZERO responsibility for the flood and saying that Ron denies ever putting it in my floor, calling me the liar.

Since this has happened, I've learned that it is improper to drain your ground water into the city sewer, so it makes sense that they would lie. They don't take any responsibility for my ruined belongings and damage to my home, they just want their $. The original receipt by Ron, only states "reconnected sump pump" $115. Because why would he put in writing that he did something not allowed by the city? The sump pump WAS connected when he arrived.

I woke up to a rapidly filling basement with water as my sump pump had apparently just died an hour or so before. They had someone to my house in just over an hour and replaced the sump pump. Given our frozen ground and the sheer amount of water I had to clean up that took me all day as it was, I cannot imagine how bad it could have gotten. It is not an understatement I have tears in my eyes of gratitude and about ready to cry I am so grateful to them. Customer for life and highly recommend.

I needed drain service ASAP for a kitchen sink with a poorly installed garbage disposal. Horton in Plymouth was able to get me same day service on a Friday that no other place I called was willing to provide. Not only we're they quick to schedule and dispatch but Jason was amazingly efficient in the unclog and repair (tall & thin Jason, I hear the other Jason is good too though).

I've worked with a lot of plumbers but all on commercial jobs, Jason was respectful in my home, Highly proficient at his job, and really quick completing the service and re-plumbing the sink/disposal drain. All in all, the price I was charged was completely reasonable and honest. Outstanding work from Jason at Horton, they're my plumber of choice now.

Jason came to my home this past week for an issue I was having with the sewer as well as the owner Jeff. The Technician James was a gentleman and a pleasure to have at our home. He called. Advised approximately how long he would get here. He was on time. Efficient. Completed the work. It worked immediately and has continued to work. He was understanding of our puppy growling/barking here and there while he continued to get the job done. I would highly recommend James. It was my first time using this service. The technician spent 1.5 hrs and said he was not replaced our shower cartridge cause he could not take the old one out. He said they need to cut off our tile. What a big plan! And made an appointment for next week. And I paid for this service. After he left, my husband watched YouTube and found out how to replace the cartridge, it was actually very simple, no need to break out the tile at all.

So I called Horton plumbing to cancel our second appointment and no need reschedule it. 2 weeks later, on an early morning, i suddenly received a call from the same technician saying they were 20 mins away from my house! I had to call and canceled the appointment again. My whole experience with Horton has been horrible, paid for 1.5 hrs for nothing improved. The appointment was canceled but somehow the technician wasn't informed.

I called several plumbing companies and only this one would promise an estimate without a fee. I had a pretty complicated issue. And Jeff Horton came out personally to review it and talk me through the options. What can I say he and his group of young plumbers are simply the best. The owner is hands-on with over 30 years of plumbing experience. He immediately put me at ease. Feel free to put these guys on your list of plumbers to quote with confidence.
