John Fox replaced a shut off valve inside my house that was not shutting off the water all the way. It was still leaking water into my sprinkler system outside. He replaced the shut off valve in no time but he suggested that I have the sprinkler company come out again and re-blow out my sprinklers because water had gotten into the system again. I would have never thought to do that. Things would have been a real mess in my yard come spring if he had not suggested I do that! Thank you John!

Martin came out within 2 hours of me calling the company because our AC wasn't working. He was professional and knowledgeable and fixed the AC quickly. I was able to get a service technician come to work on our AC unit within 2 hours of my call. Martin identified the problem and was able to fix it within a few hours. Parts were covered under the warranty and I only had to pay for labor. Once again, I am very satisfied with AJ Danboise and the quality of their service and their quick response time.

Martin showed up on the stated time. He quickly and accurately found a couple issues. He clearly explained the issues, corrective actions, and cost, providing me with 3 repair options. He performed the service without rushing through it. I'm sure it was done right. We are back in business in short order. Overall, an excellent experience.

After completing the inspection, he walked me through the details of everything he saw. Cary Chwalek installed a Toxin Shield water treatment system. He also replaced 2 water valves. These 2 plumbing tasks were done perfectly. Cary is super organized, takes precautions to guarantee the work place is spotless after he finishes, and is able to respond to all questions thoroughly. DJ Danboise came referred to my from a friend and I reached out via the web on a Sunday afternoon expecting a call back some time Monday. I got a call back like 25 minutes later and I was scheduled for when I needed them. I needed a cast iron toilet flange installed on my existing toilet drain pipe. It wasn't a standard install. First tech (younger guy) wasn't sure they could do it.
His supervisor took over the job and had it done in about an hour or so (including him going to get the parts). Clean job, friendly, punctual, helpful, etc. They're a bit more expensive than just a one off plumber or the "guy" everyone knows when they've "got a guy" but you're paying for professionalism and quality. I'll definitely call them again.
