I've been very pleased with American Aqua's replacement of my old water treatment equipment and the installation of a new Iron Curtain as well. Don was very helpful in explaining what I needed and Dylan did a very nice job installing the new equipment in what is a very cramped and awkward place. I had some trouble with the carbon leaching from the new tank into my faucets, but Don stopped by and fixed the problem right away. Great work!

Mr. Christopher Michael has been in charge of our water sample inspection for over a decade. He is very organized and follows the schedules to meet the state requirements. We don't need to worry about anything regarding the water inspection knowing Mr. Christopher Michael is taking care of it. He is the best.

I've been with American Aqua for over 10 years, and have been pleased with service they deliver. Recently I had an issue with my softner tank, which I rent, and Sean was great at getting to the issue, and replacing my tank. Their rates are pretty reasonable and their fairly quick to resolve any problems concidering the staff stortage everyone is experiencing. One of the most important things is the respectful and friendly employees that they have.

Everything went smoothly from initial meeting/testing of our water, to explanation of our options, to installation. Very professional, everything done with utmost quality. Highly recommend for RO systems!

Chris came and checked out our softener. It turns out that we just needed a valve to be turned on. Of course I was embarrassed but Chris was incredibly respectful and transparent. There were no efforts to sell me on things that were unnecessary and I actually learned a lot about my system from him. I'm very grateful that he came out to our house.

Had to get our water softener replaced due to ours leaking/being quite old. Cj was incredibly helpful and respectful during the whole process. Happy with the price, love the new equipment. Took maybe 2 hours at most. I highly recommend this company! Everyone is super polite and they do honest good work.

Terrible communication! They don't answer the phone. No explanations. I'm totally annoyed.

Professional and easy to work with. Sean built us an amazing water treatment system that fit into our budget and works terrific. I'm so happy with our quality of water, I wish we had done it years ago. We've been just over one year with our system and we haven't had a hiccup. They send reminder cards to let you know when filters need to be changed etc. Sean truly cares about water quality and is not a salesman. The process was smooth and service call to change filters a breeze. I highly recommend American Aqua.

We recently had a new water softener and RO system installed by these folks. Adam had come to our home to provide a quote for this work. Once I met him, I didn't bother to get another quote. Their price was fair and I knew he was someone that we were comfortable with, working in our home. The installation went well, performed by Adam and Don. The quality of their work is excellent and they left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. The water tastes excellent! Their office staff were also pleasant and great to deal with. I'm glad we hired them for our water system and I would definitely recommend them.

They have good products, very good customer service, fair pricing and flawless installation. I would recommend them to everyone.

Called them to schedule an estimate for anew system. Unfortunately the hours I has available to meet them over the next two weeks didn't "fit their schedule".they must be very lucky to have so much business.

Customer service is lacking. Every time we've had a question no ones ever available with am answer! So, they take a message and guess what, no one ever calls or emails you back! Their winter filtration systems are great, but customer service could use improvement!

Bought a house last summer that had been serviced by these guys for years. Softening unit went out over the winter. They got someone out to do an inspection and unfortunately the old unit had to go (It was almost 20 years old) but they found a new unit that fit my needs and gave me an all-encompassing quote (delivery, install, etc) in a super professional manner. Delivery/installation was today and those guys were first-class as well. Couldnt be happier.

They're pretty good, but most salt reservoirs can hold five bags of salt. Sometimes they only bring two. When you call them, they say that's all that was available. My water is Hard and my Softener uses up a LOT of Salt.

Wow. I just had my first water softener installed in my first house. These guys were amazing. When I first called I mentioned my dad suggested them and I gave his name. The woman on the phone answered with a happy "Oh yeah! We know him!" I could hear the smile in her voice. When they arrived to give a quote I had missed a sale by a few days. Even though I wasn't even buying that day they extended the sale for me.

I was amazed. When they arrived, it kept impressing me further. First thing, I have an old stairwell in an old farm house so steep and narrow that I nicknamed them suicide stairs. They wrangled that appliance down without a single complaint. Everything was done fast and clean. I am terrified by spiders and when I tried to gingerly pick up some paintbrushes in the way the young man picked them up, brushed them off and blew off the webs before putting them in a jar and handing it to me.

Not a word about my "girly" squeaks. In fact, they told me it happened all the time and one of them shared his story about what he was afraid of. I never felt so comfortable before with strangers working in my house. I never had questions unanswered and what they couldn't do they showed me, making sure I saw close up each step of what was needed, where it came from, and where it was going. Fantastic, when I call in someone else I'm going to know exactly what is needed and what isn't. I'm ready if someone tries to tell me extra stuff.

You would think this is the local mom and pop place they are so personable. I can't suggest them enough. My softener was more than I expected, but they explained why and I agreed since I had been harboring concerns about it in the first place. And I'd never bought one before so it really wasn't a surprised that my guess in the dark was wrong. Never look at the cheapest and assume it's going to do everything you need. LOL! Water here is just stupidly full of stuff. I'm happy about everything.
