I was without water for 3 days Bcz a root crushed a pipe and rather than keep spilling 7500 gallons a day (per JEA) I had them shut it off. I was also recovering from knee replacement surgery! First plumber was a no show. Called Darley's - they arrived early - very professional and friendly and affordable and kept me apprised of the situation. Also when I posted in FB instantly three of my friends from different walks of life had been previously bowled over by their service! Darley's has a customer for life (but hopefully not too soon!). From Pam scheduling to Eric and Joey fixing the problem, it was incredible.

Darley's is very professional. I spoke with Pam, she scheduled my estimate in a timely manner and was very friendly. Jake and Gabe came out for an estimate and both of them were very quick on getting measurements and delivering a quote to me in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

We had a pipe knock inside the wall, that the plumbers found, diagnosed, and repaired quite quickly with no mess and courteous service. I recently used Darley's for a complete repipe of my existing plumbing in my home. I am embarrassed to say I originally called another company (DGrey) out to give me a quote. They charged me 180 dollars and never took a single tool off the truck. and their quote was almost 3k higher than Darley's. Hidden fees, lack of customer service, etc made me have second thoughts. Darley's was recommended to me by a friend who has used them for almost 20 years. Mr. Bass came out and gave me an estimate free of charge, his quote was almost 3k less and he explained every step of the process beforehand. Robbie, Glen and Steven showed up promptly at their scheduled time and went to work.

They did a fantastic job and really went out of their way to respect our home and do phenomenal work. Glen and Steven busted their butts in tight spaces breathing in dust and dirt to run every pipe with minimal intrusion into our existing walls. Robbie and DJ did an amazing job get everything finished on the final touches. DJ was very polite and took extra care in the finish and clean up onsite.

It took just over 4 days from start to finish just like they said it would. I have no more slab leaks and hot and cold running water. A shower has never felt better. On behalf of my family and I, please accept our sincerest gratitude for a job well done. I will be telling everyone about you and hope you receive the benefits of your hard work. I recently moved into a new home and had the appliances switched. I discovered that the fridge water line valve was leaking afterwards and the box looked cracked. Darley's phone rep was very friendly and scheduled someone within the week. John came out, identified that the box was not broken, just loose, and provided recommendations to resolve the issue. He was professional, personable, and thorough. I was very impressed with this company and plan to keep them as a contact when needed again.

I called several companies that either could not get out for a couple of days or told me they were on the way and never showed up. Darley's answer service took concern with my need and a plumber called me within 20 minutes of my initial call. He told me he could be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He introduced himself and was very professional.

I was able to get an appoinment the same day I called, it was a weekday. In fact, the plumber showed up earlier than scheduled. He tested the drain to figure out the best way to unclog the sink. He decided the best way was directly at the sink instead of the roof, which would have been a little more. He explained the best way to maintain the clearance of the pipes and was very pleasant. I am happy with the service I received.

I happened upon Darley Plumbing a few years ago and they have taken care of my plumbing problems very quickly. Prices are very reasonable. They are quick to respond and their work has been consistently great. They repiped two homes for me and they take care of smaller issues as they arise, too. This was my first experience with Darleys Plumbing and James Martin was amazing! He was prompt, professional, did the job without wasting any time and gave me a lot of information for future reference. The cost was very reasonable as well. I will absolutely use Darleys Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs!

I would be a new customer. I called the office today and the lady who I spoke to was not very nice. She said what do you need and I told her. Just to run the camera scope down my main sewer line would be $400 for two hours. The line from my house to the street is not very long. No budging from that price. Then I said what if I called and said I have a partial blockage and need someone to come and see what it is and run the machine in the pipe.

That would be $150 just to come out and $25 for the machine for one hour. The price is not the problem. I've learned to listen to my gut and my feeling is this would be a mistake to use this company. Not sure who I spoke with but she needs to be fired. Here I am a potential new customer and I'm already mad and aggravated.

While installing a new washing machine the delivery person busted a pipe in my laundry room. I had to shut the water off at the street and call water removal experts to eradicate all the water that flowed into my home from the busted pipe. I called 4- emergency plumbers and the earliest appointment I could get was in 2-days. I called plumbers number 5-, Darleys and Pam answered the phone.

She was so nice and she immediately put me at ease and promised to have a plumber at my house in 3-hours. Right on time James arrived and in a matter of minutes the pipe was repaired and we once again had running water without having to wait 2-days. James was very professional and he did z great job. Responsive and professional. I called with a non-emergent service and I was treated as a valued customer. My appointment was scheduled when convenient for me and the crew arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. The repair took a few minutes and the guys kept a clean work space and were respectful of my home. I will personally recommend their services.

Had two faucets and a new sink installed after updating my counter tops. Noah and Gabe arrived early and worked efficiently. Pricing was very fair and I was very impressed with the entire Darley's team from the first phone call to job completion. Will definitely be a repeat customer for any future plumbing needs!

Called Darley's to fix a leaky faucet. They said they did not have the part in their truck so they had to drive to a supply store across town. This "drive" was included as part of the time charged. Parts cost $30. Final total to "fix" was well over $200 for a 1.75 hour job. Seems odd they did not have this cartridge that apparently is pretty common. I will not be using them anytime soon.

They came on short notice to help fix an issue in our master bathroom - spectacular service at a great price. They came within an hour or so from my initial call and the plumber was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to us and how we can prevent issues in the future - I will absolute do business with Darley's Plumbing again (hopefully not soon though! :) )

The people who helped me with my plumbing needs at Darley's Plumbing were the best I've ever dealt with. After explaining my situation to Tiffany, who works in the office, she sent the right person to do the job. John, the plumber, and his helpers were on time, professional, courteous and they did quality work. I needed a lot of work done, requiring them to return for several days and they were always mindful of my family members with special needs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A+

Darley's Plumbing is a fantastic local company to work with. The reception is friendly, the technicians are knowledgeable and they truly care about your needs. Upon purchasing our very first home, the plumbing was a problem from day one. Mark and Charles came out twice and worked tirelessly to find the issue. They were truly concerned about us being able to use our only bathroom during the first week in our new home. I will absolutely call Darley's with future needs and recommend them to everyone. James and Brad came out this morning to install our new dishwasher. Unfortunately, since we bought the display model, there were parts/pieces missing. Thankfully, they had them on the truck and they were able to adapt and improvise! : James and Brad were both friendly and efficient; I was very impressed with their professionalism. I called Darleys because a house I just purchased had a backup that was affecting my entire house. (washer, sinks, toilet, shower, EVERYTHING). I first called the plumber who was a part of the rehab of this home before I purchased it. He was close to useless, told me i most likely had a broken pipe, that my pump was working well and I was in for a major issue. Darley's came out, my Technician Mark was AMAZING.

He right up front, after telling him my issues, knew what was wrong. It was in fact the pump. He made sure he knew all of my options, was patient with me and explained everything and on top of all that, he called in my part and was told he would most likely need to come back tomorrow to fix this. He stood up for me and said NOPE, he needs this done today. 3 hrs from the time he showed up, he was done and my house is back to normal.

During the process I told him I would probably call septic folks to empty my tank, since water was up to the top of the tank since the pump wasnt working. He stopped me, making sure I wasnt spending money I didnt have to. It's hard to find honest tradesman now adays and I couldn't be happier with the price and service I received today. Im now a life long Darley's customer! Good Job Mark!

I've used Darley's Plumbing numerous times over the years: for home renovations, service calls at my home, and even service calls where I work. Have always gone over and above to take care of the issue, sometimes way after hours. When I've talked to the plumbers who have come out they seem to have worked for Darley's Plumbing for many years. Doesn't necessarily mean they're the best, but it does mean they have many years of experience (which should make them good).

Price has been fair and the plumbers have always taken care not to get things dirty. I've seen them wearing those shoe covers which is nice not to worry about my carpet getting marked up. Overall, great work and I recommend them when people ask my recommendation for a plumber.

It has always been extremely poor organization and customer service. Lately lost estimates, late for appointments, no shows, and no call backs. The reason they may be 10 percent or less cheaper is they do less work than other companies. I usually only post positive results but in this case I thought I should help others avoid aggravation for no reason.

While driving down the street yesterday, a Darley plumbing truck had a green pipe fall off of its trailer in the middle of Blanding. After it went underneath my car and running it over, we pulled up next to the driver to tell him that he had lost a pipe. He kept repeating "how big was it? " with complete disregard that he could be having further items fall off of his trailer and landing in the middle of Blanding road for someone else to run over.

The man ended up cursing at us and flicking us off and he continued up the road never stopping to check his trailer or to go retrieve the pipe that had fallen off of his truck that was rolling around in the middle of Blanding.

Tech worked on tankless water heater. Ten minutes after he left we had no hot water and same error code we paid him to fix. Scheduled a return appointment the next day, after waiting four (4) hours for the tech to return he called to say he wasn't returning, the heater was too old and we should purchased a new unit. However, he new exactly what type heater we had and the age before he ever came out for the initial visit.

I don't recommend a company that wastes my time. I asked them for an estimate on a retrofit shower installation and a clogged line. The person I spoke with took my name and phone number and indicated a return call would be forthcoming; it never came. Unfortunately, the email address I had was incorrect and they never received my two emails asking for their services.

The owner of the company corresponded with me repeatedly online over this review but never took the time to call either. If a business can't take the time to return my call to earn my business but takes plenty of time to respond to negative online reviews, why would I believe they will take the time to properly do any work for me? Use Turner Plumbing or Terry Vereen Plumbing who are much more responsive.

I have used Darleys several times for home jobs big and small. Every time they show up on time and get the job done right. A number I keep handy for good reason.everyone needs a trusted plumber.
