This company has installed the reverse osmosis and water softener in my house. The plumber has refused to program the water softener for me and suggested that I read the manual. The reverse osmosis system was installed underneath the sink inside of my brand new cabinets (installed just a few months prior). They did not even take out the empty boxes out when the job was finished.
Few days later, I discovered water underneath my sink. It was Saturday, and I immediately called Greg Easterday, the owner. I told him about the problem. He said that he is busy, and he could not help me right that moment. I refused to accept such answer, but Mr. Easterday hung up on me. I left him message saying that I will got to Channel 4 and BBB.
He called back and repeated that he is busy. I told him to call me when he can come.
3 hours later, I am waiting for his call and writing this review.

A week later, nobody came to fix the problem. We discovered second leak. We cannot use reverse osmosis, so we have salty water that we cannot drink. We called Mr. Easterday again. He was upset that we reported him to BBB and ended up yelling and hanging up on us again.
