Although the plumbers themselves are good, I can't believe the horrible customer service by Lisa Bass. She hung up on me today. Her communication skills are down the drain. It's been two days that I've been waiting for service. She says she'll send someone and she doesn't. Sends someone but doesn't let me know he could, and then no call.
Take your business elsewhere unless you like to spend all day at home for two days hoping that Lisa will send Alex to your home. I had used them for years and spent thousands of dollars over the years with this company and tried to keep using them because I like to support locally owned businesses, but no one deserves to be hung up on after two days of being told you'll get service and then not getting it.
