I called a competitor first.the service call fee was not inclued in the repair fee if hired.that was a surprise. Then I callled the plumbing pro.they were true pros, from the initial call to the service they performed. I was very pleased with Travis our tech. He was friendly, personble and suffered through a few spiderwebs to complete our job. They are a top notch company and I would highly recommend them!

Scott came out to take a look at my basement sink as it was having a clogging issue that drain cleaner wasn't able to take care of. He investigated and found tree roots in the line. After some discussion to fix the issue and make clearing the pipe easier should the need arise he updated the setup of the basement pipes. This was probably needed as I've noticed that whoever flipped my house before I bought it did a so-so job when they added the bathroom in the basement so its hard to say what they did and if it was the correct way to go about it. Overall, would use these guys again for any plumbing problems I have.

I called plumbing pro Thursday afternoon and ask for an estimate to replace the outside faucet on the back of my home in Prairie Village, Ks. We set up a time between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. The technician Scott arrived at 10:25 AM and was very professional and easy going. I explained the problem with the rear faucet and told Scott that I thought the pipe in question was located in my crawl space. Scott told me that the pipe was inside the house due to the height of the faucet on the back wall of my home.

We went inside and Scott quickly located where the faucet was connected to our plumbing under the kitchen sink. He quoted me a very fair price to do the faucet replacement job which I accepted. He completed the work in about an hour and did a great job. Having plumbing pro do this job was like a breath of fresh air after having companies like Bob Hamiliton plumbing who way overcharge for what they do.

If you want an honest company that is not out there to rip you off, then Plumbing Pro is your answer. Honest professional work done quickly without huge over charges. I will do business with company again as they have earned my business for being good and honest with out overcharging for the work. I highly reccomend Plumbing Pro.

I had several plumbing issues and called around to get bids. I called Plumbing Pro and received immediate help. In about 1/2 hour Danny arrived and gave me a bid. I accepted And he started work immediately. In about 3 hours from the time I called all issues were solved! I was amazed! Danny worked so quickly and had parts on hand. Definitely recommend!

One of their technicians came out to check sewer line on 12/23/2021. They charged me $49 to come out and write estimate ( he said next week), but I did not get estimate yet. I called several times. Every time I called, I got same answer that they would find out with Steve. But I never heard back. I understand I don't always hear back from contractors.

But they should not have charged me $49 if they could not promise estimate as mentioned on their website. I called another local company and they came out and wrote estimate next day for FREE.

Called when on the way. Evaluated and looked over area determined what needed to be done told of how to prevent situation occuring again.

Got mostly everything I needed done but wasn't very confident in doing everything I requested.

Scott, the plumber, was very informative and helpful while installing a toilet with a flange issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Would highly recommend for future service. Service: Toilet installation

Had a natural gas line leak develop in the house, confirmed by the gas company. The Plumbing Pro gave a reasonable estimate, and did the work within 5 days of the leak discovery (time includes a weekend). The work was done in less than one full day of time they estimated, and they charged about 20% lower than they estimated. Very good response and communication, and this company clearly has integrity. I highly recommend them.

I have used Plumbing Pro for all our plumbing needs for many years and have always been impressed with their responsiveness, reliability, professionalism, and technical skills. This latest time, our tub faucet broke on Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm and was concerned that the damage extended behind the wall. They made an appointment for me the next morning. Showed up on time and the office called an hour ahead to let us know his ETA. Made an assessment and determined that only the faucet need to be replaced and not the whole tub and backsplash. The repairs were less than $200 instead of thousands of dollars. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

I've never had service like this! I was skeptical when I saw such amazing reviews because no company I've ever used is THAT good. I've been waiting for a guy from another company who was a no show no call AGAIN. I called this place and they were at my home in less than 20 minutes! It ended up being a bigger job than planned, but they walked is through it and promised to get us taken care of.

They lived up to the hype! It's fixed quickly. They quoted us a range of process and when it was time for the bill, it cost the low end of their estimate. Most companies would automatically go with the highest price. We highly recommend this company!

We were impressed with the Plumbing Pro! Danny was our primary plumber and he was friendly and reliable. We had kind of a big job that several other plumbers didn't want to mess with. We had a home addition including a new basement bathroom that required tapping into our sewer main line. The Plumbing Pro did that, did rough in fixtures for a full basement bath, added plumbing for a main level laundry, and added a gas line for a new gas fireplace. They were super friendly and easy to schedule. They passed inspection with our very picky city inspectors. We'd definitely use them again or recommend them.

I had a break under concrete floor in the basement--kitchen drain line. It had been broken probably quite awhile and slowly got worse. I actually called 2 other plumbing companies that are always advertising on the radio and both acted like they didn't want the job, therefore gave me very high bids. I had Terry come out from your company and was so very helpful and explained everything that was going to be involved.digging an area of the concrete floor up and repairing the line.

He also re-did all the line from the floor all the way up to the kitchen sink/dishwasher. Terry & his helper worked hard and had it done in half a day. Everything looked and works great. I would highly recommend this company.

There's a drip of water and I don't know where it's coming from again it is just a drip or two of water after he replaced the Faucet under the sink.

Terrible service only cleared the main drain for three days. Called and was told that the work is not warranted Should have just flushed my money down the toilet instead of calling The Plumbing Pro.

Called them this morning for an estimate and was thrilled that they would make it out this afternoon. Unfortunately, they called back at Three to say that they were running late and I might want to reschedule. Having me waste an afternoon waiting for nothing is NOT a good way of earning my business or my recommendation.

These guys are fantastic! I heard about them from my in-laws, called them for a toilet repair due to a leak in our old house, and they came right out to help us. Travis diagnosed the problem almost immediately, gave me some options and his recommendations, and was able to fix it for us quickly. I would absolutely trust them again for their solid work.

I've used The Plumbing Pro at least five times now, for all my plumbing needs, including valve and faucet replacement, drain snaking, and water heater replacement. I've called many of the other well known plumbers in the KC area for estimates, but most will charge trip fees and diagnostic fees, while The Plumbing Pro provides free estimates.

In some cases, my total repair bill from The Plumbing Pro has been less than the trip fees and diagnostic fees alone would have been from the other big name plumbers in town. Everyone I've worked with from The Plumbing Pro has performed quality work and taken all the time needed to do it right and explain all the necessary options and considerations. I would expect that The Plumbing Pro will continue to be the choice to all my plumbing needs for years to come.

These guys are great! Family owned. Very responsive. Great rates. Very knowledgeable service professionals. I have had plumbing work and gas line work completed by The Plumbing Pros. Quality of work is excellent. My go to for all things plumbing related.

We had a terrible faucet burst in our house that caused a huge water leak through out our entire house. Danny was able to get to our house within 15 mins of my calling in a panic and took care of the issue very quickly. He was very kind and explained what was going on and what needed to be done. After waiting for almost 3 hours for the 1st plumber HomeAdvisor connected me with, I went down the line & selected The Plumbing Pro. Call answered promptly, I told them the urgency of our call (pipe broke we had NO water to the house ) I was assured they would be on their way within the next 10 mins. My initial call to them was at 2:28 p.m. - Danny came out, fixed the pipe that was broken, put a new faucet on the outside for the garden hose, fixed a blown out hot water valve on the hall bath.and while he was at it he changed the cold water valve as well and fixed the configuration of the hot/cold as it was backwards (this way when we purchased the home). EVERYTHING fixed - and he was gone by 3:50. WOW - if I hadn't of called him I would still be waiting for the first guy to call me back. DANNY & The Plumbing Pro will be our go to plumbers from now on. Prompt, friendly, dependable & good! You won't be disappointed with them. THANK YOU!

We needed a new hot water heater. Danny came out and gave us an estimate within an hour. We compared to two phone estimates. Decided to go with Danny. He came out the next day. New hot water heater no muss or fuss.

Wow. Wow, wow, thanks! This is a fantastic, human-related, quality-oriented service, informed and responsive business. I never got a sense of greed! Scott is a cool person who is knowledgeable, likes his employer, took time to show me what I, as a homeowner, needs to understand about the now-fixed water heater system. This company has my loyalty. There had been coupons sent out by another plumming company and I stupidly thought it was a good deal. Unfortunately, that same business had sent me some $39 coupon, left me with a dripping water heater as a result.

That only caused me to be really annoyed and and I feel manipulated as a customer. So. I found this cool company. Call them first before you call any of the well-known big guys.
