Called from HOA recommendation. Had a blocked hot water line and bathroom drain leak. Jeremy was very professional and thoroughly addressed all of our issues including water heater and shut-off valve replacement. Very pleased with the prompt service and reasonable pricing. I called Bill Fry on a Sunday. Received an immediate call back from them. Was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Tyler the technician was very prompt, showed up and assessed a main sewer back up I was having. After going over a couple options, he started work. He ran into a problem in which Bill immediately showed up to help. The two of them were successful in clearing a root system. Saving me potentially thousands. Tyler followed up with a root treatment. I can't thank them enough for their professional, prompt response to my problem. THANK YOU!

As a first time home buyer I was so scared to get a noise checked out because it was inevitably going to lead to something terrifying. Sent an appointment request through the website, contacted and set up a visit. Easy to use! During the appointment he took the time to explain what I was seeing and hearing. He spoke to me in terms I knew, he allowed me to ask all the questions and didn't rush the process. He was able to diagnose the problem, walk me through the fix and made what could have been a nightmare situation easy! would recommend!

We had to replace the main line from the meter to the house excellent service very responsive getting the line replaced and the technician explained everything and made sure we were happy. Very happy they were able to fit us in with their busy schedule being that if the fittings at the main line that was leaking had fully failed it would have been a huge issue

Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw.
My experience with Jesse & his "helper" was very pleasant! Best service I've had in my home by far!
