They stayed really late to get my problem fixed, didn't give up, and it wasn't too expensive. I'm pretty sure it was Morgan Miller *himself* who showed up, which is pretty dope.

Morgan Miller is just consistently great. We've called them out on several small jobs and they're just always prompt and they always manage to diagnose and solve the problem right. Their pricing has always been reasonable too. I'm less afraid of plumbing problems in my old house because I know this company is so good to work with. I'm glad we found them.

Extremely overpriced, and under experienced. $799 to replace bathrm faucet (faucet supplied) and install a shut off valve. $299 hr plus $75 trip charge. Took 2.25 hours with many trips out to the truck for who knows what. When questioned about the price, were told he was "offended". We were accused of "abusing" the worker, and then were then told "not to call them back". Wow! 91 year old, dying women aren't capable of much "abuse". I believe she was fully taken advantage of.

I used Morgan Miller plumbing about a year ago so and was very pleased with them. So when my garbage disposal died and water backed up in sink, they were the first company I thought of and called. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and had an appointment for them to come out Monday afternoon. Monday am I got a call that they had an opening. They were here at 8 and had everything replaced/fixed by 9 am!

The next day! Every single interaction with them has been professional and friendly and they are timely and reliable. I won't use anyone else if I can help it. Can't recommend more highly!

Had been using a local plumber for a problem that wasn't staying fixed. Got a referral to use Morgan Miller. Night and day experience. Previous plumber told us to go to Home Depot to pickup piece to finish a repair under our crawl space; Morgan Miller went to Home Depot to pick up a piece related to a garbage disposal we installed ourselves-- just all around overly helpful. Scott was actually 10 minutes early for the appointment I set up. Had him change out an outdoor hose fixture, fix leaky faucets in the shower, and remove a gas dryer hookup we were no longer using. He was quick, professional and the cost seemed very reasonable for such professional service. Recoomend to anyone! Services: Water fixture repair, Shower repair, Pipe repair

No one wants to call a plumber, but it's nice to know when you do they take your problems serious and professionally like Morgan Miller did. Came out same day and gave a free estimate, the following Monday found the leak which was very difficult since we are on a slab, repairs completed and double checked their work against the water meter to make sure all repairs were complete. I cannot say enough about our technician Todd. The whole company was very easy to work with. If I need a plumber again, I will call them!

I've used Morgan Miller three times--I call them when no one is able to come out from the smaller plumbing company I usually use. I always kick myself for not asking what their current pricing is before having them come out, as each time seems more expensive than the time before. The current pricing I was given was $210 for an hour plus a $75 trip fee. So, what would cost me $110 through my usual plumber is $285 through Morgan Miller. Luckily, if you've used them in the past they will occasionally send out a coupon for $75 off, which at least takes care of the trip fee. They are always super professional, capable, and friendly--I have no complaints there. Because of their pricing, however, they'll never be the first company I call.

I wasn't aware there was a $75.00 call for showing up. I just wanted my water pressure checked. I assumed that I would probably need a new rough in valve and diverter, and just wanted an estimate. The person that showed up first said they'd waive the fee, and then ignored my questions about a valve and other water pressure issues, only to suggest getting some CLR. THEN, they said they had to charge me a 75.00 fee anyway. I will never do business with them again.

Having just bought an older house I have had a different plumber out that was sent by the home warranty company for a separate issue. I was very much not impressed with them.so when it came time to have an old gas line capped off I found Morgan Miller.from the appointment being made to the repairs being handled I am100% happy with these folks. Mike was professional, tidy, and did great work. I also appreciated that he didn't talk to me like I was a child. The attitude of a technician can go a long way.and we found our " for life" plumber today.

My dishwasher installation was on hold for a valve replacement. The company was accommodating and sent Anthony the next day, and he saved the day. He was calm, pleasant, friendly and professional. He was able to figure out a way to reduce the cost and complete the valve replacement just in time for the other techs to install the dishwasher. I so appreciate his work and competence. Had a pipe burst due to lack of insulation. They were able to have Daniel come out within the hour to fix it. He was super speedy, and helpful with all the process. Even gave some solid suggestions on how to prevent. Definitely made today go by smoother. Great price too. Service: Pipe repair

We've had Morgan Miller Plumbing come to our home twice now. Once to install a new faucet and the other time to check the a drain issue we were having with our dishwasher. Both times they were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. Their communication, from the technicians as well as the home office, goes above and beyond to keep you informed throughout the service call. There's no doubt who we will call again if needed.

Within 30 minutes of my landlord approving a new hot water heater, there was a new one here being installed. Our tech, Daniel, was awesome. He had to cut quite a few new pipes to install the new water heater and they look amazing with no leaks; much better than what was there. He cleaned up after himself COMPLETELY with only a new hot water heater and pipes to show he was here. Daniel was so patient with my 5 year old and our dog shadowing him everywhere, asking a million questions and trying to share slobbery dog toys. I definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Daniel's performance and professionalism deserves 10 stars! Awesome job, guys!
