Everyone I spoke with from this company were pleasant and professional. This was my first time with the company and I would 100% recommend this company to family and friends. Courtesy plumbing came out to check a humming noise that was coming every time I opened any tap in my condo. Jason came out and figured the problem one by one. Jason was professional and courteous. Since I had a baby, he was kind enough to take his shoes off every time he came in. He cleaned up after the job and was a complete pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

Have faucet broken and sent pictures to them, they don't even know what it is and price is really really high. I ended up chosen other company and paid only 2/3 of the price they asked. Ridiculous

I called late Wednesday and they had somebody show up at 8AM Thursday, on time, and knocked out great work replacing our aged pressure regulator and removing an old water softener system. I cannot say enough good things - not the type of service I'm used to. Skyler was extremely professional and courteous, and very thorough. Very satisfied customer!

Our fir pit wasn't working and the installer had concreted the entire valve assembly in. I was a as ble to get most of that removed. Lou came in and gave his estimate and was able to quickly get the job done. This wasn't an easy fix and invoked a gas line repair. Would definitely recommend.

We've used this service several times over the last few years. They have installed toilets, water heaters and faucets. Technician was prompt, courteous, professional and excellent at his job! Arrived to do an estimate and ended up rescuing me from a massive plumbing leak!

Abraham from Courtesy Plumbing came very promptly this morning. He had his own booties to put over his shoes. He did some very major work to my 22 year old toilet and he fixed the clog in the pedestal sink. The last plumber who worked on the pedestal sink had to take it off the wall to fix it leaving a major wall repair job for which I had to hire someone to fix. I am very happy with Courtesy Plumbing and will definitely request Abraham the next time I need a plumber!

Our tenants called at 8 am to tell us the water heater ruptured in the middle of the night. We called Courtesy Plumbing and they had a plumber at the house by 1 pm and the tankless water heater installed and the rusted water valve were replaced by evening. Skylar did a great job of explaining the price points and pros and cons of various heaters. He is very knowledgeable and professional and the installation is well done.

The owner personally delivered the parts and both were onsite until 7 pm. This is the second time in two years that we have used Courtesy, and each time I have been impressed with the professionalism of the people and the quality of the work!

My apt had a slab leak. I called two companies to get quotes. Courtesy was there when they said they would be which is huge now a days, the price was slightly more competitive and they were more thorough and transparent with the work that needed to be done. Quick, professional and friendly. Booked a same day appointment and took less than 30 minutes. Sammy was very kind and efficient, and laughed at my dumb jokes. What started as an annoying Monday inconvenience turned out to be just a minor blip. Less expensive than I thought it would be and worth every penny. Now we can move on with our lives, and our new garbage disposal.

Professional company from the very beginning of getting info, quote then scheduling as compared to other companies. Awesome technician. Knowledgeable, efficient and excellent communication skills to let me know what he was doing, how and why. No sales push but willing to look at other potential plumbing needs and advise if needed, estimate how and when they may fail and what alternate solutions to consider. We plan to use them and will request our technician, Lou, for future plumbing needs

Bathroom sink was clogged and thanks to Abraham at Courtesy Plumbing it's draining perfectly. It wasn't an emergency so I didn't mind that it took 4 days to get an appointment. It's nice when a business name matches the service. Not only was everyone I spoke with courteous but they were also professional and reasonably priced.

Had myself a clogged kitchen sink. Got in contact with Courtesy Plumbing and they were quick to get someone out to fix the issue. The clog wasn't huge, but it was pretty deep down the pipe so it required some extra finesse. Great deal, great to work with. Would absolutely use them again!

Awesome company. Our water heater tank was leaking, and Courtesy Plumbing was quick to come out and help. They called ahead of time when tech was in route. Shout out to Lou. He's super friendly, educational and hard working. He educated us on Tank vs Tankless. Based on all the Pro's, we went with Tankless (Nortiz). Honestly, if you don't want to deal with a leaking tank and water damage, Tankless is the way to go.

And you save money on gas usage.and probably on longevity (darn tanks don't last long anymore). Lou explained the installation process and the operation of unit. Super easy to operate and adjust temp. Lou cleaned up everything before leaving. We'll definitely use them again for our plumbing needs. Thanks Lou! You are great!

Courtesy Plumbing was 1 of 5 businesses called for a quote. This was a second floor bathtub drain repair. Abraham responded and was very up front regarding the repair. He was also the only one who had an alternative repair, which not only worked but saved me money. Great customer service and communication. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work Courtesy!

The 2 greatest fears I have always had as a homeowner is either burning my house down or flooding it. Well, Sunday night I had the fear of the latter when I walked by my upstairs bedroom to hear this very loud noise of running water in the ceiling. When the noise disappeared upon main water shutoff, I knew this was bad and it was time to call a plumber.

I have been a Courtesy Plumbing customer since 2009, when Tony was a one-man-operation. Since then, I've had the pleasure of Lou taking care of my house. Lou is the greatest! He has replaced my water heater, water pressure regulator, and then (sadly) my water heater again that failed while under warranty (guess I didnt review that time). So come Monday morning right at opening business hours, I called to explain the situation and potential plumbing emergency and asked if there was any way Lou could come out that day.

I was so thankful when I was told he could, and then blown away by him rolling up to my house at the same moment I got back home to meet him - only an hour after calling to make an appointment! Unbelievable plumbing service. Seeing Lou again after the 4 year hiatus, all smiles of familiarly, was seriously like meeting up with an old friend at a reunion.

I always part with him by saying, "well this is a situation where I say I hope I dont have to see you soon!" Man how time flies. To make a long story short, yes, I was very much correct that I had a pipe leaking and it was sure good that I turned my water off when I did. Lou is more than happy to keep you educated on the process and participate if you want, and I learned some valuable info on how to identify a water leak.

After confirming it through the pressure gauge and then identifying water with a moisture meter (Bingo, right where the noise was coming from), the hairline crack was found after cutting into the drywall. Copper pipe was replaced all new and shiny and I was connected with their partnered restoration company to get a quote on the water damage and repairs.

Still figuring that out, but thank goodness my pipe is fixed and I was back to using my water in a few hours. You never realize how much you need your water until you turn it off. I would much rather see Lou during a scheduled visit rather than each time being reactionary and urgent, but I am SO THANKFUL hes been able to come and fix these issues on the days I needed them.

Seriously the best plumbing service in San Diego and it appears many people agree with me. I can't believe all the reviews they have now! They have come so far, as have I, as that once scared new homeowner when I met Tony;) And Tony, if you read these, I just wanted to say hi and hope everything is well with you and your family! You wouldn't believe this but I am still figuring out that gas line into my kitchen - haha! Always a pleasure; thank you to you and your team for keeping my house in working order all these years.

I called courtesy plumbing when my terrible neighbor. "Terrible" is a very nice word to describe this man by the way. Well the neighbor hired a company who came out and broke my pipes that provide water to my backyard. The company hid the damage with concrete and didn't tell me anything about it until my landscaper came out and found the damage.

I had been told by HOA that a certified plumbing company had to come out and fix the damage only. I called Courtesy plumbing and said "bring out whoever you can as fast as you can." And that was the beginning to a long term relationship with Courtesy Plumbing. They gave us Jason. I was pregnant and stressed because my neighbor didn't want to pay for the bill. Jason came out and helped me and the courtesy plumbing office actually allowed some time for the contractor who did the damage originally to pay for the bill. Jason was such a huge help.

I called them out again to fix my regulator for my irrigation and make it so that our water would go directly to my backyard where my "terrible" neighbor couldn't damage it again. Then I called out Jason again today for several leaks. He fixed them so quick and he's always so kind, professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE and just outstanding. I trust him a ton and will always request Jason.

Poor Jason is always the bearer of bad news for leaky pipes, worn out toilets and almost bad water heaters but he is so helpful and straight up no BS, that you know you're in good hands!

This is a good plumbing company. I didn't end up using this company because they charged a little more than what I wanted to pay. I can't sya the work is worth it but I would guess it is based in the brief interaction I had with the estimator and scheduler. Great communication and out very fast for an estimate. They explained everything, like the estimate fee and then broke down the detailed estimate, very professional. Soz not sure about the work but for the prices they were charging I am sure it is great work. I recommend them for an estimate.
