Excellent service at a reasonable price. They are my go to plumbers. I don't think there are any problem's they can't handle.

Had them out to fix a drainage problem but less then a month later came out and charged me again for same problem. I did get a call from Jeff this morning to discuss my review and after our discussion I would like to say it takes a great company to call and talk about the problem and my issues were resolved and will continue to use Courtesy Plumbing.

Easy! I called this morning, the receptionist was nice, two technicians came out within the hour, they fixed the issue quickly, they were friendly, the cost was fair, and now my toilet works. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will certainly call again in the future.

I've been using courtesy plumbing for decades. I know whenever they show up for a job no matter the size of it, it will be done correct with the best quality. There's no sticker shock or any surprises. They go over every single detail with you before they begin. Even if you hired the wrong guy for a job they're the ones that always fix it. So don't call anybody else just work directly with courtesy plumbing.

I met with Jeff and the team, Courtesy & the team are always a pleasure to meet with. I enjoy doing business and interacting with them.

I live in Covina and called Courtesy Plumbers because I had a leak under my bathroom sink. Frank came in and assessed the problem very quickly. There was a leak in a connecting piece near the pipe. He fixed the leak in less than 15 minutes and then to my surprise, he said this was a courtesy visit. I must say I am very pleased with Courtesy Plumbers and will continue to call them for any of my plumbing concerns. Thank you Frank!

The owner of Courtesy Plumbing himself responded to our unique service call & did an excellent job of clearing out a tricky/stubborn toilet clog in the main line. Not only did they take the extra time needed to remedy the clog but also went above & beyond the call by going the extra mile in taking care of some other foreseen issues that would have come up if it didn't get handled then.

Being the d.i.y person myself taking care of home issues, I'm glad Courtesy Plumbing was our 911 service provider for us assisting with a matter that I couldn't fix. Update: The owner contacted me and was very gracious and rectified the situation. No runaround or nonsense, which shows Jeff is an owner who cares about his customers and the integrity of his business. He adjusted the bill to the original estimate (which was actually $750 - my mistake) and is refunding me the difference.

Very good plumbers! They are efficient and answer any questions and are willing to explain answers further to help you understand how the problem could be caused and prevented and what they do to fix it.

We had Cory from Courtesy Plumbing come out and install our home water filter system. They were knowledgeable and were able to work around my weirdo plumbing system (old house with lots of unlicensed "repair" work). They were always friendly, prompt, and did the work wonderfully! They had to dig up my front garden to route the pipes, but they also replaced all the plants and soil at the end of the day, which I very much appreciate. Great company with wonderful employees. Amazing! Knowledgeable! Professional! Friendly! I wish I could give more stars! Out technician Rick was our hero today. We just moved into our new house And on short notice he came in and problem solved our shower issue like a mastermind. He provided a solution and carried it out. Explaining the issue was also very key to understanding why this happened. I'm the caregiver to an adult who is developmentally challenged. On a Sunday night the water heater which is on the second floor of his condo busted and water was gushing through the ceiling. Getting this taken cared of was the number one priority. I called the emergency number and they sent Cory out to make sure everything was shut off. He checked to make sure all water was shut off and ready for the removal of the old water heater and replacement of the new one on Monday. Cory was really nice.

Called Courtesy Plumbing out for a leak in an unknown location. First charged $420 to replace a water regulator which took less than 5 minutes to do. Then said he was "waiving" the $220 fee to go into the attic to look for the leak, went 2 feet in and came back down saying he had to refer me to a specialist to use electronic detection. I called Option One Plumbing, they came out for free and found the leak in less than 5 minutes using no equipment. Will be calling Option One Plumbing from now on, they're great.

They wanted $250 just to detect a gas leak. Why do they think I called them? I can smell the gas.there is no detecting needed. Then they wanted $450 for repair. For a total of $700 Called someone else same day repair $100 repair was done in 30 minutes

Rick and Aaron pulled off a miracle with a new faucet install in my 1953 kitchen that had a wall mounted faucet that had disintegrated in part sticking out of the wall. Rick was upfront and honest about the worst case scenario if the old parts from the wall couldn't be salvaged. They waited patiently while I got a new faucet and then came back for the install and were so precise and careful that they were able to save me from having to bust out the old tile and worse, the stucco from outside of the house to install new pipes up the wall.

This is my second time using courtesy plumbing. Rick came out and installed a new garbage disposal when I tanked the last one with too many measuring spoons falling in. I appreciate their upfront and flat free pricing, honesty, and efforts to save me time and money. Trust worthy, friendly and of course, courteous!

I never needed to call for a plumber before. I had a 10 year old toilet that was flushing very slowly. Aaron came over and introduced himself with the MadTV pronunciation. I can recognize MadTV references anywhere. I'll spare the details but I made the call to just replace the toilet instead of trying to repair it. I told Aaron that I didn't want those low flow toilets where I'd have to flush more than once anyway but he told me CA passed a law years ago mandating low flow toilets for all new installs so for a moment there, I forgot that I was living in a Communist State.

It is what it is. I got a low flow toilet. Aaron left to pick up a new toilet, got back in less than an hour, and installed it in less time than that. He offered to haul away my old toilet for $50 but told me that I could just put it on the curb and call the city to get it which is what you should be doing anyway. You pay for weekly garbage pick up service and that includes pick up of bulky items no extra charge.

Let the city take care of it. He cleaned up the work area and even hauled the old toilet out to the curb. What a champ. Parts and labor was less than I expected. Paid by check and after he left, realized I completely spaced out on the tip. Is tipping even common in this industry? Aaron did great work. Now I feel bad.

Courtesy plumbers showed up on time and provided a free detailed diagnosis of the problem. He then fixed it in a timely manner and also fixed a h andle for us for free! Great experience!

I found this company on Yelp and contacted them a few months ago. Their office was very kind (and courteous!) and helped set up an appointment very quickly. The technician (Frank?) was really helpful and was also able to clear a clog another company could not. We then had another plumbing issue, which was a bit more complicated. I've met with several of their plumbers, including the owner, and I was very impressed by their straightforwardness.

They were informative, reasonably priced, and seem to take pride in being honest and thorough plumbers. Unlike other companies, they were only suggesting necessary repairs and diagnostics. I would absolutely use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

I was referred to Courtesy Plumbing by my cousin. Not only I was lucky to get a same day appointment but the services was awesome. Sean, the owner, was very helpful and explained everything that I had asked about the issues with the kitchen sink. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I definitely recommend his services!

Its Thanksgiving, my kitchen faucet is leaking, its also clogged, and I'm having to dump buckets of stinky water out. I called and they answered quickly. Within 30 minutes someone called me with an eta. Less than an hour and a half of Thanksgiving Frank was here, in a good mood, ready to get the job done. 2 hours later, done. Thanksgiving is saved. I'm impressed not only by how polite Frank was but how quick and efficient he was.

He wore all his PPE and respected my home. I hope I don't need to call a plumber again anytime soon but if I ever need I'm calling these guys and I hope I get Frank again.

After being given a completely ridiculous quote by another company, Quality came out right away, made the repair and got our hot water back on at less than half of the other company's quote! Great service. Happy to recommend them. Service: Repair water heater

Crooks, or just incompetent? You be the judge! I had a guy show up today to flush my tankless water heater and figure out why I wasn't getting any flow to my bathroom sink faucet. As far as I know, the water heater job went okay - it was expensive, but I was told the price in advance. But for the faucet, the guy said he had to go under the house ($225 charge to go under the house) and when he came back out, he said he had found the problem down there and it would cost $1636.00 to fix!

He said it would take a half day (wish I made $1600 for a half-day's work) and he would have to come back another day to do the job. I called another plumber the same day, and he was able to correct the problem by simply replacing the faucet. I won't be calling Courtesy Plumbing again.

Sam the plumber was great. Tricky review though because i heard $119 or $180 on the phone based on is it a one-man job. Turned out Sam was on site for 45 minutes and was able to push out the clog but only after going up on the roof to auger the pipe from up there. Once done he said $343?! I expressed this number was nothing near what i had heard on the phone based on if it became a two-man job, (it did not, ) and so on.

He said he could call the office and he came back with a price of $250 which I paid. $250 and hour?! (The future is plumbing!) In short the performance was great even if they came at the last half hour of the 3-hour window. I got a bait & switch feeling from the bill though and for that reason I will find a different plumber next time.

We recently had 2 clogged drains in our master bathroom. Courtesy Plumbing came out almost 2 months ago to fix the initial problem. After 2 months 1 of the drains started to back up again "no fault of Courtesy Plumbing". Even though it was past there warranty period they still came out to look into the problem and get it fixed at charge to us which was extremely honorable.

They stood by there product and wanted to make sure that the job was done correctly. They even took the time to explain exactly what was causing the back up issue. There technician was extremely professional and friendly. They brought shoe covers out to ensure that they did not get our carpet dirty. I had never worked with this company prior but I would highly recommend using this company to anyone in need of plumbing needs. Aron and Stephanie
