New Home owner here, been looking for a reliable and experienced plumber that won't overcharge me. Johnny was highly recommend by my coworker. Johnny gave a free estimate right away and he took care of the problem. Profesional work, very courteous. I would definitely recommend him and the rest of the team for any plumbing work.

Just wanted to give a shout out to JB Plumbing what an awesome Company! We had a pipe burst and they were all over it to help and get something going as quickly as possible! Their prices are reasonable and the work Top Notch! The other key thing very organized and clean as they work! If you have a major problem these are the guys to go to! I called Corey regarding an emergency flooding situation at my apartment building. Corey was quick to respond and was there promptly within @ 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem as a water heater which had burst. While he was there, he checked the water heater in the unit below which had also exceeded its service life. He proceeded to quote me $5000 for replacement of two 30 gallon heaters and supply lines and valves.

Because I was in a bind and needed the problem resolved promptly I agreed. The job was completed the next morning with no further issues. When I later called two other very reputable plumbing companies on Yelp, they quoted the same job at $4200.00! Due to the huge cost differential, I will not be using JB Plumbing for any further plumbing issues. When I brought the disparity to their attention, I got no response.

Do not use this company in the future if you wish to pay a reasonable cost for repairs. Their parts markup and labor charges far exceed their competitors and they have definitely lost a repeat customer.

In resonse to owner jeff b.the units your son worked on.the teanants had plenty to say.they just don't make waves.the one unit called the property manager on a daily basis.ok.the owner paid up & was happy.but she doesn't live in or on the units.so she missed alot.as for being rude & irate.your son set the tone.all i did was respond to ignorance & rudeness right back.what comes around goes around.after the owner left.the gardner came & spotted some leaks around the hose bibs.wet area's that won't dry.&.was not happy with the way your crew replaced the sod.this is the way your son left the job.major clean up

I called them on Sunday afternoon and they replied my call. We made appointment for them to come to jet stream our main sewer. We have experienced the bad water backed up in our restrooms (at church). They came to check and give us a quote. Then they came back with a big truck to jet stream our main sewer. They are very courteous, fast and reliable. They brought camera to check inside of the drainage and gave us the options to solve the problem. I definitely satisfied with their services.

Cory and his crew were AWESOME! He performed a pipe leak detection same day at a minimal charge, applied that charge to the overall work and when he told me the price for a reroute and timing, he committed and performed exceptionally. Great service, great price, great quality. He gave me his cell just in case there were issues and treated us as people, not a number. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JB PLUMBING

Was extremely impressed with this company! Our plumbers Aaron and Mike were right on time with helping figure out our leaking shower drain, they provided a fair estimate and came back with an incredibly efficient pipe replacement for a reasonable price and were very friendly and responsible. I would highly recommend using this company, great work guys!

I was doing my own do it yourself water heater repair and found out it was beyond my scope of repair. Called up JOHNNY immediately came out and All they had to do was look at the problem, assess it, and he immediately knew what to do. The price was very fair. Aaron did a great job removing and replacing our toilet in the master bathroom. He was able to work through some wrenches that were thrown at us in the process. He ensured we were happy before he left. He was also very good with my kids throughout the whole process with all of their interruptions. I wanted to make sure someone gave him a pat on the back for his persistence and hard work. Also the top three price quotes we received for the scope Of work. Highly recommend them thank you again!

Our toilet was clogged on a Sunday morning. 8 people in the house. I called and they don't do weekend visits. We have been a repeat customer and a wonderful guy showed up. Couldn't fix on Sunday but Aaron showed up on Monday and fixed the issue. The employees are always nice. In and out. Easy and great business

We had a pinhole leak in our copper pipes. Tried calling another company but they wanted $125 just to show up in a week. I called JB plumbing and they could come the same day without a show-up fee. (They actually fixed our leak that same day.) Johnny and his team showed up with masks and booties, fixed our problem and they were very respectful/ professional.

This is my third pinhole leak in 15 years and Johnny and I discussed a Pex repipe. Work was started and completed in three day. I recommend them 100%. Also they found a small gas leak in my attic and fixed it with no charge. Going the extra mile for us was very considerate. Happy customer :)

Issue with dishwasher leaking company came out and found melted plastic spoon in dishwasher. Could not find any problems with dishwasher. Well needless to say the problem went a little deeper than the dishwasher. The garbage disposal was causing problems which was discovered by another company that was called out. I felt betrayed by this company and of course short changed because I paid $55 dollars for what his time & a plastic spoon. Dishwasher is only three (3) years old and still works like it was purchased yesterday! Thanks for nothing.

Woke up to water flowing down our walkway and our front yard floaded. I called JB Plumbing before 8am and they had Someone out an hour later. Johnny was able to shut the water off and determine the problem. Gave us a quote and he was also very informative. The quote was free. Service was professional and very fast. I highly recommend JB plumbing and would call them again for future plumbing needs.

Outstanding service! Prompt and I mean very fast the same day response! Honest and professional! Very reasonably priced. We had a main water line issue, very difficult to live with without any water in the house. Brandon and the team got on site, diagnosed the problem, fixed in the most efficient way possible in 2 hours! I can not recommend them enough! They will be the go to company for many years to come!

I have used Corey from JB twice for consultations. When I was selling my house to check my plumbing work in a spot or two and when I bought to verify seller conducted repairs. Each time On time or communicate updated time in advance, polite, communicates well, professional, and clean. Will certainly use again! The pricing is very fair.

I called another plumbing company I recently did business with thinking that I would get preferential treatment for being a repeat customer. However things didn't go as planned. I had a new toilet to replace an old toilet, nothing serious, but had to get done. So when I needed another plumber, I looked at Yelp and found JB Plumbing. Johnny from JB plumbing called and was flexible and arrived the same day to remove and install a new toilet.

Wife is happy once again because she didn't have to hear be say those colorful words I use when I struggle with a project. Thank you Johnny and Joe (his helper) for a job well done.

Our sub foundation leak was detected quickly and the free estimate matched the time and materials the Brothers two man Team worked tirelessly to see through to completion as quoted. I don't heap praise randomly and without conviction and JB Plumming and their stalwart crew are deserving of each of 5 stars.

This company was very responsive to our urgent call to replace our old leaking water heater. Their plumber John was professional, friendly and efficient. He and his assistant installed a new unit, lines and pressure release and made sure that everything was secured and completely to our satisfaction. We highly recommend him and JB Plumbing because they provided fantastic service at a fair price.

Well, unfortunately I found myself needing a plumber again, and it was a no brained to call JB Plumbing and ask for Johnny. He came out the very next morning and accessed my problem. I thought I had a broken water pipe, but found out it was a broken pvc sprinkler pipe. He said he could do it, I asked if I should contact my gardner. He said it would probably be better and less expensive since he put in my system. How honest is Johnny and JB Plumbing. Unfortunately while I was remodeling a bathroom in my house, I had discovered a lot of corroded pipes. They were in such bad shape I was sure there was going to be a burst pipe in the next couple of days if J&B plumbing hadn't fixed it. Great customer service, very friendly employees, did a job well done, explained everything about what they fixed, and were very neat and tidy with the whole clean up. I would highly recommend them to any friends or family that needed their service!
