We had Ace Pelizon Plumbing change out a bathroom toilet that was old and never flushed correctly. Jake the plumber removed the old toilet and prepped the surface around the flange for the new toilet. The installation was wonderful and Jake's attention to detail was amazing. Jake even had to level out the toilet because our tile floor was not exactly level and he caulked around the base of the toilet, for a clean job. This is why we will always use Ace Pelizon Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Thanks Ace and Jake. Once again a great job and a very happy customer.

We contacted Ace Pelizon plumbing due to a water leak. The plumber arrived as scheduled on February 14, 2022. My husband had already removed the vent and the drywall and therefore the leaking pipe was visible. The technician/plumber completed the repair of the pipe by cutting a piece of the existing pipe and adding a small connector probably 2 in length.

The work was completed in at most 30 minutes at the outrageous charge of $624! Overly priced for the amount of time spent on the repair. They seem to have spent more time calculating the price. Unfortunately, the company I use was not available. To add further, the work completed is only guaranteed for 30 days. This due to the fact that it was added to an existing pipe.

The limited warranty doesn't make sense since if the small pipe they installed leaks then we our back where we started. I guess plumbing is a lucrative business. so what is exactly your hourly rate? Attempted to reach staff on 2/17/22 at 5:06 pm. Their answering service reported staff went home. Asked to be contacted next morning ASAP. They left a message at around noon. I will never use them again. Yes, I see you did not send me a request for customer review.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing is a very good company. They are a quality contractor that you can trust. If I was out of town and my wife needed a plumber I would be fine with her dealing with them because they are honest and don't try to sell you things you don't need, no scare tactics. Kevin Overton came out to my house to replace 60 year old metal sewer pipes and did a great job. Arrived on time and delivered the project as proposed and left everything clean and removed the old cast iron pipes and trash from property. Thank You Kevin and Ace Pelizon plumbing for a great job.

Very happy with this company they repaired a gas leak was a pleasure having Kevin & his crew to done the job even with heavy rain they did not stop working but job was excellent. I will recommend Ace pelizon for any plumbing job

We paid $270 for an attempted repair. Still need to find someone else more professional to fix the clogged drain.

I have been waiting 5 hours for the emergency plumber on call and have called the company 3x with no reply from the plumber even though every time i call they say Angel will call, text, or email me back. My kitchen and hallway is a pond now and im out of towels again. wow. On to servpro!

I paid Pelizon top dollar $17k in 2013 to have sewer liner installed and was assured that I would not ever have any problems again. In 2020 it backed up because Pelizon had not properly sealed a coupling connecting two portions of the liner. Under warranty they replaced the coupling and installed a cleanout. It backed up again in 2021. Pelizon tried to blame the company that had done an emergency hydrojet the first time it backed up, accused the company that did the second emergency hydrojet of shredding the liner, blamed the manufacturer for faulty liner, before finally getting the subcontractor who installed the liner to inspect, with consensus that the liner was fine, but that Pelizon had improperly repaired the coupling and installed the cleanout. Pelizon promised that they would make good on the repair, and then would not respond to a dozen messages.

This was a miserable experience and an enormous waste of time. I finally went to Moe Plumbing to fix Pelizon's mess. Go there or to any other plumber! Pelizon is not an honorable company.

I had another plumber local to me come out and the experience was poor. Then they quoted me $10,500.00 to trench and "repair" sewer line among others tasks. I called Ace Pelizon and they came out. None of the trenching was needed or required; performed a "clean out" process and ran the camera. Everything clear clear down to street and draining very well. I called them for main sewer line stoppage. They were responsive and were on time. Their initial estimate price seemed high but I settled for it because it included a camera inspection. The tech was very good and knew his staff. Overall, I was satisfied with their job.

They used to be my "go to" plumbers. Hadn't called them in more than a year. Used to be priced more reasonably. Called for a dishwasher installation, scheduled for a week out. They call me the morning of, tell me they've got a bigger job on-hand, can't get to me for another week, and wanted to charge me the price of a new dishwasher! Obviously don't care about about small jobs unless you've got $$$ to burn. Will not be using them any more.

We had Bryan from Ace Pelizon come check out our water heater due to the same issue happening, the pilot kept turning off and we'd have cold water. Bryan came and was super energetic and passionate about his work. Helped us within an hour and left! I would definitely recommend working with Bryan if you have any plumbing issues

It started with the very first phone call where I received exceptional customer service from Vanessa. She moved around a few appointments to get me in due to the urgent nature of my repair a broken gas line. If it couldn't get any better they sent me Jake who is the best Plumber I've ever had here at my home or my business for that matter.

Super nice guy, very efficient, extremely knowledgeable and above all very professional. Jake did an exceptional repair on the broken gas line and installed a new quick shut off valve. I couldn't ask for a better repair and or a better company to work with. I highly recommend using them for your plumbing repairs.

We have used Ace for many years. They have done several major plumbing jobs at our home. Recently Joe Installed a tankless Norwitz. We are pleased with the installation. I contact Pelizon after my Rheem tankless water heater died. I clearly told the dispatcher twice that I have a TANKLESS Rheem water heater. They sent a plumber (Joe who was wonderful by the way) who arrived and told me the dispatcher told him I had a tank water heater, and that they don't do tankless Rheem. I ended up paying $170 for a consultation with a plumber who doesn't even work on my water heater.

The dispatcher should have been honest and told me up front that they don't service tankless Rheems. I ended up contacting Rheem and found an authorized plumber from their site for the warranty repair. Joe was nice but there wasn't much he could do.

As always, Ace Pelizon responded in a timely way, did a professional job, and were pleasant and friendly. I am well pleased and satisfied with their service.

I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service from Ace Pelizon. Long story short, my main sewer line was clogged due to roots. I first called in the morning and a sweet lady by the name of Nancy answered my call and initial questions. She scheduled for Jake to come out to really see what was going on. I'll tell you the truth when I think of plumbers, I think of a fat, stinky dirty old men.

I was actually dreading having someone come and clear the plumbing lines. Enter Jake. When I opened the door, this guy was wearing a super clean white uniform. I thought to myself, "damn, I must be the first person because this is not what I had thought a plumber to look like." +1 point for presentation. Jake was a very pleasant person to work with.

His attitude and knowledge was more than I could have asked for. He gave me pointers on things I could and shouldn't flush down the drain, and also recommended how to prevent future blockages. +99 points for leaving me with a sense of trustworthiness. He showed me all the roots that he ripped from the plumbing to prove his work. It was gross.

It was nasty, but someones gotta do it. Jake did it with flying colors, all without putting one stain on his bright white shirt. +1 million points for pulling that off. Would I user Ace Pelizon Plumbing again? You betcha! Do I hate roots? With a passion. Give them a try, definitely worth every penny (not to mention the great deals they have).

Unreasonable pricing. They handled an after hours leak at my condo, but their pricing was for the most part unreasonable: $109.65 to replace the leaking feed line was OK. $150 after hours emergency fee was expected from a quick "any plumber" internet search. $210.50 "initial assessment and diagnostic fee?" I guess that's what it costs for them to open a water heater closet door and see water leaking from a feed line.

Revising review.now that a week had pasted, we finally removed the plastic tarp covering the slab fixed area so the tile guy would replace the tile. The replacement cement work was poor. All the did was mic a bag of pebble and cement mix, poor into the hole. Little effort on evening it out. The tile guy now has to add another layer of mix before he can work on the tile.

After researching on price, they are fairly pricey. Over 1800 to replace a 40 gallon water heater and a shutoff valve that's connects to it. A brand that sold wholesale for under 600.
