The plumber arrived within scheduled time bracket. He was professional and wore a nose/mouth mask during his time in the property. He completed the work in about 40 minutes. Very rapid response time, friendly and knowledgeable employees, prices are more than fair. This company has come to our rescue twice and saved us. I will continue with them as long as they are there and plumbing problems happen.

I had a situation happen the other day. my main line broke! Oh no! It was on ordeal to say the least! However, F&M we're there to access the issue the same evening and fixed us up the very next morning! So grateful. The men were honest, friendly and efficient when making the repair. My sink was leaking. They came to my home in 20 minutes from my call, figure the problem out, and came back the next day to change out the faucet. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.

Called in the early morning and was given a confirmation use between 1-4. By 5 no one had shown up of called. I asked what happened and no definite answer could be given. Won't make the mistake of calling this place again as my time is just as important as theirs.

Our main line backed up and Jose, Ramon and Tim really saved the day. While installing a 2-way clean out, they discovered that our cast iron line had deteriorated so badly a simple tap with a boot broke the outer shell exposing the inside. They fixed the clog, installed a clean out, dug out a trench and replaced about 10 feet of the corroded cast iron with new ABS.

We are so thankful and grateful that such a great team of guys got the job done in only 1 days time! I would definitely recommend this company. Now we are up and running again with great drainage. On top of that they took great care not to do damage to our irrigation and gas lines and even carefully pulled and replaced the grass in neat patches. 5 stars all the way for above and beyond service!

Our shower backed up Friday. it drained overnight. Saturday after I took a shower, it did not drain. I meant to call the plumber but got busy, but it drained overnight & again I forgot. Today. I took a shower and. it did not drain again. I used the restroom before going to the free music in the park at Memorial Park in La Canada. When I came home after about 3 hours. the floor & the mats in the bathroom were soaking, it looked like the tub exploded black stuff all over & the toilet too!

What in the world happened? It was now about 8:30 pm. I looked for plumbers near me, and thought that I'd look for a 24 hour option. F&M was first on the list and had many great recommendations. I called. The answering service was a little awkward, but they took my information and the girl said that she had notified the company and I should expect a call shortly.

I was working at home so about 20 min. went by and a gentleman called and said that he could get me help within the hour. They sent a savior! JESUS! He was kind, knowledgeable and worked diligently. He found a pipe under the kitchen sink and ran the huge snake for about 30 minutes, I flushed the toilet, ran the tub & the shower, but still the shower would not budge.

So he came in with a smaller snake and worked at the drain in the shower for another 10 min. and about 18 inched of what looked like a water rat came out. Boom that was it! JESUS SAVED MY DAY! And he recommended that I replace my fill tank valve on my toilet to help it fill quicker. Thank you F&M! I am glad that I just got checks printed because he was not ready to take a card. I am glad I had an alternate method of payment available. Again! Thank you F&M! Fast, friendly service at a reasonable rate & RIGHT AWAY! No waiting I will sleep easy now.

After some old foods etc had been poured down the kitchen drain -maybe the garbage disposal had not been running- the drain clogged. husband tried to fix it but it didn't work. Finally I called F&M Plumbing and they came just over an hour later. The plumber also called and notified he was running late. The professional plumber fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Yay!

To be honest: my wife was having an rain flooding emergency and I was out of town and Jesus and John came in the middle of a flooding rain in the late evening. They showed up so fast, asked all the right questions on the way so when they arrived they fixed it all fast. And they are total gentleman. Amazing service. Great work! I'm so grateful. They even took the pump we had that wasn't working apart. Fixed it. Cleared out the pump pit. They nailed it.

I've called upon the staff of F&M Plumbing for plumbing repairs, hot water heater replacements, and plumbing upgrades in two houses for something like 15 years, and I am really happy with their work. I love their responsiveness, commitment, professionalism, and their intelligent solutions to problems. They are glad to explain and discuss what they will do, and if for any reason they can't do something, they are honest about it and figure out good alternatives that work well. It's not a huge shop, has the feel of a family business, but in my experience all the technicians who have done jobs on my properties are people you feel you can trust. And this past year they have been reliably coming with masks, careful practices, and showing a lot of respect for their customers. I'm delighted to recommend them.

The friendly office assistant set me up with a same-day appointment and even called back when a time slot earlier in the day opened up. Absolute worst experience ever with a plumbing company, whatever you do, DO NOT use F&M. I contacted them to see if they could install a new sink and faucet, we were going from a double basin to a single basin and using the existing garbage disposal. Kevin came over and gave us an estimate of $450-500 which seemed reasonable, so we booked the job.

He was nice and friendly, we were excited to work with him. When the plumber came he removed the old sink and dropped in the new one but told us he couldn't finish installing it because the granite needed to be trimmed very slightly, which Kevin warned us might be the case. After the plumber left we were looking at the half-finished job and noticed a CRACK IN OUR GRANITE that had definitely not been there before.

When the plumber came back the next morning I asked him about the crack and he said it wasn't him -- we know it was because the crack was not there previously, we recently purchased the house and had spent a great deal of time around the sink measuring and cleaning constantly, it was a brand new crack -- but at that point it wasn't going to get resolved so we just asked that he finish the job and we'd pick it back up with Kevin.

The plumber finished working and told us the final bill -- which was $890! Reminder we were quoted $400-500. I asked why it was so high he said "additional parts" but couldn't give me an itemized bill. AND HE CRACKED OUR GRANITE. We spoke to Kevin and he said he couldn't do anything about the granite, he would just send a tile guy to caulk it.

After the plumber left we noticed the faucet was not working properly and wasn't running hot water, so we had to call them back and have them come out again to fix the faucet, which they had literally just installed. A week later we noticed our garbage disposal was leaking -- the disposal was perfectly fine before they installed the new sink -- we asked F&M to send someone out to fix it and the person they sent said he couldn't fix it and that it had to be replaced.

When we called F&M back they said they could install a new disposal but it would be another $350. Which I'm sure means they'd end up charging us double. Absolutely absurd. Terrible customer service and terrible workmanship. Do not use.

The Owner Mike is super professional. He cares. He is passionate about his business. His staff Lisa and Ray are the most incompetent, attitude driven, workers. Which is unfortunate for the owner. I hope he finds new workers that are as respectable as him. 5stars is for the owner and his professionalism. Lisa and Ray get negative stars.

Used F&M to snake a clogged drain in our sink. The technician they sent punctured a hole in our flex pipe then tried to patch it using TAPE! He told me that I would need to call the manufacturer to purchase a new part (mind you this part was totally fine prior to him visiting). I asked him to just turn off the water to that particular shampoo bowl until we can fix it.

About an hour or so after him leaving the shampoo bowl started spilling water all over the floor. When I called them in a panic because we had clients still in the salon the receptionist (Lisa) was extremely rude and impatient. They sent the technician back (he was rushing, here about 15 mins) and he said he turned it off and it was fine, but within 10 mins of him leaving we had water leaking all over the floor AGAIN! Worst service ever!

I was stilled billed for snaking my drain (which was still clogged). They offered ZERO follow up to repair/replace the part that was broken (no apology at all). In the end we had to pay F&M $99 for basically nothing, plus order the part they broke, plus pay another Co. to come and fix F&M's mess.

Sewer gas leaking into one of our bathrooms. After calling other plumbers no one seemed able to identify the problem. Called F&M and I was immediately referred to their senior tech, Mike. He came and methodically ruled out one scenario after another until the leak was finally isolated. The fix was targeted and completed quickly. Thanks to Mike's experience we were saved from extreme measures of ripping out tile, jack hammering through our slab, etc.

The plumber so inpatient, all he said is they didn't change us a lot, you shouldn't expect too much, why they agreed to the price to do it in the first place. They put a big hole on my wall and told me at the end to cover it is not their job, maybe they are right but at least they should give me a heads up so I will decide to go ahead with the job or I can get a estimate from someone else just a bad experience

F&M Plumbing fixed a burst pipe line for us. They were able to help us the same day. Super friendly on the phone and in-person. The technician was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to as he described the scope of the repairs. Very efficient and conscientious. I highly recommend giving them a call next time you need a plumber.

We needed our gas line moved quickly. Jose and German came and completed the work cleanly and quickly. They were very polite and respectful of our home. Great work. Will definitely use them again.

They've got what you need especially specialty products. A bit difficult to park in their parking lot but it's still okay

A great experience from beginning to end. I'm notoriously terrible with names and as such I forgot the name of the professional who came out and fixed a broken pipe I had under my house. He was polite and courteous and he crawled through the seven layers of hell to get to the issue. He couldn't even get all the way to it and had to perform pipe surgery in a position that I can only liken to a child being born that's stuck in the birth canal.

He finished in a jiffy was on his way. As for the cost, well the price was on point. Better than I was worried about. F&M Plumbing is my go-to from this day on. Thanks again.

Contacted them for help, Lisa got us a time right away. Their guy showed up on time, and isolated the problem quick. He had the parts needed and fixed it, the bill was completely fair. I was actually surprised at how easy and zero problem this was, and I'm glad my other plumber wasn't available because my experience with F&M was light years better, so now I have a new plumber.

Miguel came and installed a new faucet in my bathroom and unclogged the sink. After he left, the bathroom looked cleaner than when he came! Great job. Have been using these folks for years and they never disappoint!

Santiago and F&M came and stopped my toilet from uncontrollably seeping water onto the floor of our guest bathroom. They even took care of the damage caused by the water to the floor. Will recommend services to anyone!

As good as it gets. My plumber was not available for an emergency (Pasadena area). I called F&M and Lisa got us an appointment right away. Not only did the inspector spot what was wrong, but it was the actual cause of something that the old plumber had failed to spot and handle in three different trips. The inspector had the parts and fixed it on the spot and the price was more than fair.

He even tested the work after we had thanked him and assumed he was leaving, wanted to be 100% sure, which is very professional. I'm glad my plumber was not available, since I now have a new favorite plumber.

When we discovered we had a slab leak I turned to F&M Plumbing based off of references. It was a great decision. Mike got his team on the job extremely quickly and presented the options we had to fix along with his recommendation. The leak was solved in record time. In parallel we had a plan for the buildback which went very well. It is incredibly valuable to work with a business that gets the job done right the first time, did so quickly and with no surprises.
