The condition of my existing system was very poor. Mark did an excellent job of removing all of it and carefully prepping and installing a new tank and drain field. His team is professional. His communication was excellent. He really cares about getting the best help for you at every stage. He left the property looking clean and undisturbed. My yard presented many different potential problems because of the location of the tank and the topography of the land. Mark's solutions to these problems were amazing. I highly recommend this business for all your septic issues.

I called several different companies to install a new septic drain field! Mark was quick to answer me, talked me through what I might need and explaining so I understood how the system worked! Other company's were cheaper on the first quote but then in the fine print put "per load" or sneaky stuff trying to charge me more! Mark gave my a flat price no matter what was very upfront and honest!

The inspector even said how impressed he was with the job! He had the longest warranty, which proves to me he stands behind his work! He did and excellent job and will use him again for anything else I may need and will recommend him to family and friends!

Called Johnson's asking for help with a blocked underground water drainage system. They could not help, but took great care in explaining in detail why - their process would damage the type of pipe. They also gave me some suggestions on what might resolve the problem. All this - and they knew upfront it was not a job they could do. That is a business attitude I would always support.

From start to finish, I was impressed with Marks service. When receiving quotes from other companies, some didn't even come out, they just provided quotes over the phone by review of aerial footage.unacceptable. Mark came out, measured, ordered a perc test, reviewed the easements from my survey and the installation began not even a month from acceptance of contract.

I was worried about our paver driveway as it was extremely close to the old system that needed removal. Waiting for pavers to drop, they all survived and the driveway is intact. The inspector was also lined up the same day, very impressed by that as I've seen a few other replacements in my neighborhood be left open for days/week. He was not the cheapest, but not far out of the range of other quotes. The quality and assurance the job was going to be completed as it should, totally worth what we paid. Highly recommend!

I don't make a lot of reviews myself but I really have to brag on Mark Johnson's company! When I say he gave me the best price and did the best job that I could've ever imagined it's an understatement. He really saved me a lot of headache and he did everything he said he was going to. He came two days after I called. Installed the needed 500 sq ft of drain field and had it inspected and covered in a one day. Amazing guy too, very professional told me things I didn't even know. Mark has helped us on a couple of occasions and has always been extremely responsive. The first time, we called him for urgent help and he got us back up and running very quickly. The second time we sought his assistance, he walked me through some trouble shooting on the phone that fixed our issue at $0 cost to us. Highly recommend.

I have used Johnson over the last several years and they are great! However, they were booked on a Sunday I needed help.so I called Total Septic. It did not hurt us to clean the tank, it did not need cleaning, but I did not know that. And what got me was when I called to tell the company what the worker was doing, The girl, Lynn I think, got upset with me. OK no problem, I won't be back!

So here is the deal. They sent a worker out to pump my septic and he tried to get me to pay $149 more than I was told over the phone, $265. He knew my septic tank was not messed up, the water level was below the in and out areas, but he told me that my whole system was in bad shape and broken and he would have to come back out in a couple of weeks.

That did not make since, we have had no problems in the 2 years we have lived here. The tank is a large tank and it is just the 2 of us. A couple of week later we found a clog in the pipes coming from the house. It was doing the same thing it did before. I should not have called to begin with, it was not the septic system that was broken, the pipes were clogged and Total Septic tried there best to get more for nothing!

Good Job! It is a s_ _ _ty business. I paid $265 when I did not need to and if they would have said so while they were out here. I would have gladly paid for that info! Taught me a lesson. Johnson's had many times where they could have given me a line of.and didn't. They have always tried to help me save money!

Mark Johnson and his team are outstanding at what they do. They installed a new drain field last November. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done on time. Their price was also very competitive. They left the yard clean as a whistle. As a Realtor, I called Mark back a month ago to inspect a customer's system and he was upfront with everything.

They had to replace the entire system even though the drain field had been installed a few months ago. It turned out it was done without a permit and done improperly. He saved my customer $6,000! I would recommend Johnson's Septic to anyone looking for an honest, dependable and professional septic service.

I called a different service to pump my septic tank. They informed me that my alarm was no longer working. Johnson's septic services was recommended to me as a company with superior services and reasonable prices. Johnson's came out immediately and installed a new cable and got my alarm working. When I went to water my lawn water was shooting everywhere.

I called Johnsons septic services and told him of my problem and they sent someone over immediately. As soon as they arrived realized I had called the wrong company. I told them that I know that they were not responsible for the problem. They said no problem jumped out of the truck and fixed my irrigation pipe with the hole in it. I was very grateful they were able to solve my problem immediately. They went above and beyond what most companies would do.
