Service was great and the problem was fixed quickly. Receptionist was very polite getting us on the schedule as soon as possible. The plumber that came out was actually the owner of the business. He saw that it was an emergency situation for us and came himself to fix the issue. If you ask me, that is customer service! Thanks Express Plumbing.

Not very knowledgeable, professional, or courteous. The receptionist started preaching religion when she was asked simple questions. She openly discriminated against those with disabilities and those she felt had differing religious opinions even when she was not engaged. Her manner was racist and rude. Very disappointed. Must be a Trump supporter.
