Definitely recommend! Jim came out and fixed my water heater and I've had the best hot showers since! The prices are fair and affordable. He explained what he was doing and did the whole time which made me confident he knows what he's doing and isn't trying to charge his customers more than needed. He was also very professional and kind. I'll be calling him back for any other plumbing needs that arise at my house.
