I had a serious kitchen sink leak. Alva from Modern Plumbing arrived on time and knew exactly what the problem was and the necessary repairs. He is very dedicated to his job and the price was reasonable. He also pointed out that there were 10 frozen Angle Stops that meant that if there was a problem with a toilet, faucet, etc. I could not turn off the water without turning off the water to the entire house and even then only if the water was turned off at 2 different locations. I was not aware of any of this and I appreciated his advice.

I contracted Modern Plumbing for the re-pipping of my home. They were on time and did a very professional jog. I 'm very pleased with their work. This is my second time using Modern Plumbing and special thanks to Miguel Hernandez and Johnathan! They came to my house to remove my old leaking water heater and install a new one last night. Dave, Rusty, Caleb and the entire Crew did an excellent Job. I had re-pipe, new kitchen sink, new disposal, new water heater and all of my faucets and drains replaced. I also had my drains cleaned. I was going to have a new toilet but after inspection by the crew. I only needed the toilet repaired. I believe, I got a great deal. I had other estimates and while Modern wasn't the Lowest, they were the most informative and attentive. I have used Modern for all of my plumbing needs for at least 16 to 20 years and I will continue using them and referring them to any one that needs Plumbing work. Thank you!

Had a water softener and filtration installed today, David was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions - and afterwards I asked if they could replace my water heater as well and he had an extra one in his truck and was able to install that too! I will definitely call these guys again when I need some plumbing service!

This was our first time using a plumber who was not family (which is scary). Today we had Alva Williams from Modern Plumbing Industries, INC. come to our house. What we thought would be a simple drain clearing from our main drain (1-2 hours) ended up being a 10-hour ordeal. Alva was extremely professional the entire time and kept me in the loop with what he was going to try, what the outcome would be, and what the next steps were.

He also brought in additional plumbers and lead them to complete the job. My wife and I were concerned that they would have to break open the tile floor in the house, but with his leadership, they found a way to avoid that. He left the house as clean as when he arrived. The price that we ended with was the price that was quoted at the start of this adventure.

He also took the time to quote me on an additional 3 large jobs for this house as we wish to renovate it over the next 2 years. Their business card states, "Quality, Performance, Value", and I must say that after having this experience with Alva and the other men from Modern Plumbing Industries, INC., they 'tick' every one of those boxes 100%. His business card is now in a special folder that is only reserved for the most trusted contractors.

The thing that stood out to me was what he said after I told him that I will call them next time I need them or start our renovations. Alva said (with his big smile), "Just pick up the phone brother, your part of our family now!" Alva was the first to arrive, the last to leave, and was right there reassuring me everything would be 'ok'. Can you call any plumber? Yes, you can.

Alva Williams Came out to diagnose my plumbing in my master bed room that has been backing up and giving us trouble. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy! He took his time and really let me know the source of my issue. He also gave me plenty of options as to how to solve my problem along with estimates so I could have an idea of what I was to expect. We cannot say enough good things about this company. They were professional and competent and were able to diagnose and clear a drain that was clogged very far along the pipe system quickly and explained everything along the way. We had another company come out twice over a three week period who never fixed the issue. So relieved to have found this company!

Jose was great, he was able to camera and inspect the entire sanitary sewer system under the slab of our house and even identified the specific locations where there were some slight dips in the main line. This has enabled us to have the original plumber come back out and fix the issues while minimizing the area of slab that had to be cut open and replaced. Money well spent and overall a great team to work with.

I am a Modern Value Plan Member and Service Technician Alva Williams arrived to conduct a 10 point inspection. He was very thorough and professional. He annotated areas of concern - nothing urgent (happy to report) but things that I may want to consider addressing at a later date. I appreciated his work and attention to detail. I had a few plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. Plumber David Nieves came to my home and helped me understand exactly what needed to be done. The work was done expertly and for the exact price I was quoted. Now I feel like I'm living in a brand new house and all of the little problems have been fixed! Yay! There are a lot of positive reviews here, and speaking from our own experience, they sound about right! Needing to call a plumber never happens at a great time, but when we've run into a couple tough situations, Modern Plumbing has demonstrated the care and quality we needed. Their admin team is prompt on scheduling, all work has started and finished on time, and the gentlemen we've connected with on separate jobs - Vinny & Ryan on a big project last month, and Alva on a more straightforward fix - have been kind and professional, working diligently, transparently, and without pressure. We value work being done well, and will go with Modern Plumbing whenever a need arises.although, hopefully we won't need them back for awhile ha.
