The team at Hancock Plumbing couldn't be better. They do great work, are prompt, courteous, clean, and always willing to mask inside the house while working. Curtis and his team go the extra mile and always talk through solutions to any issue I bring to them. They have redone two bathrooms for me and also helped diagnosis a leak in my neighbor's apartment (which had nothing to do with their work). Curtis, JD, and Mark have been great to work with. I had Hancock Plumbing come to my house because my kitchen sink was clugged up. They came promptly, the service man (I believe his name was Jeff) wore shoe protectors, went straight to work, fixed our sink in a short time, left my kitchen clean, and I have not had any more trouble since. The temperature gauge in the master bathroom shower stopped working in our home. We tried 3 other local plumbers before emailing the manufacturer, then called the distributor, who recommended Hancock Plumbing. They came out to our home, on time, very professional, and finally figured out what was wrong with it. It turned out that he had to replace the pipe leading from the water heater, not the shower fixture. It amazed me that no other plumber thought of that. I highly recommend Hancock Plumbing to anyone. Thank you! We can finally lower the temperature in our shower on hot days!

Had a plumbing problem.called Hancock, spoke to Linda, who is a true professional and as pleasant as could be. Within minutes she set up an appt. and in an incredible short time, another professional and courteous employee, Jeff, fixed my problem The cost for the work, was more than fair. A clown car of plumbers! As part of a renovation, these clowns attempted to "cap off" existing lines. I guess the dinner bell rang, because they left the work site with a overflowing styrofoam cup under a leaking pipe. We hustled to clean up the mess and get a bucket under it. Turns out their "work" caused an obstruction to hot water flow elsewhere in our home.

Their efforts to repair their own damage were laughable, resulting in a garish new bathroom fixture (totally unnecessary) and no ultimate relief to the problem. Believe it or not, there's more but I mercifully won't describe the other mayhem. Look, theses bozos aren't thorough in their work, don't check it and don't really seem to care.

Love these guys. I've used them for 10 years, my house was built in 1959, and anyone ever come here has been friendly and the prices have always been the best in Naples.

Horrible company. Plenty of better ones to use in Naples. The staff is very rude.
