Andy has taken the time on the last two calls to not only do an exceptional job with our scheduled maintenance and thermostat installation but to also take the time to make sure I understood and felt comfortable with all of the (many!) questions I had about our system and our building. I called Modern Services for a plumbing problem. The team at Modern Services was responsive and professional from my initial call to the repair. I was able to arrange a time which did not impact my work. James Williams, the gentleman who arrived for the service, was experienced, personable and efficient. Prior to his arrival I received a text which alerted me to his arrival time, as well as, a picture so I would know who I was expecting.
Along with his picture, there with a short message detailing James experience. When he arrived, he got right to work. He quickly assessed the problem, explained what was needed and got to work fixing it. I was pleased with how the service call was handled, as well as the service rendered. I would call Modern Services again for repair needs.

Leo and James are truly Outstanding and knowledgeable men. They worked in unison and completed the required work in a professional manner. Their work ethic was only exceeded by their customer based attitude and willingness to provide the services asked for. Modern Services purchased the company that had been our HVAC service provider and has given us uninterrupted and excellent service. We've had a number of issues to which they responded quickly and successfully, which we appreciate since air conditioning is often synonymous with "life support" here in Florida! Rick (who installed one of our units under the aegis of the earlier company) has happily been retained by Modern Services and just performed another thorough and careful maintenance call. But others have come out as well and we've been well taken care of by all their representatives.

We needed emergency HVAC and Plumbing services and Carmella understood our situation completely, and quickly got very Professional Technicians here to solve our problems. I read all the poor reviews. I have used Modern Services for many years for Reverse Cycle Heating and AC installation and maintenance of two units at my residence. Personal has changed over the years, most have been satisfactory, some have been very good, and maybe one or two were in and out to quick to have done a good job. I generally would not replace a unit until it completely failed, but this time I did agree to replace a 10 year old unit that was still working because I was warned it was about to fail and they might not be able to get replacement parts when the hot weather arrives.
I looked at the old unit that was removed and it did not look that bad to me. Just some rust on the cabinet and around the coils. I will go back to letting them run until they stop and won't hold gas. Regardless, Chris and Kay who did the installation were competent, efficient, and left the area clean.

We have had Modern service come out a few times now for our AC maintenance and they have always been great. This morning Eddie arrived promptly and professionally. Eddie took his time to explain things to me and help me understand the units needs for maintenance. You have an amazing employee with Eddie and hopefully we can have him for our service everytime.

Modern Services took over from the previous company that installed my new unit. They honored my maintenance contract much to my delight. Rick has serviced my air conditioner with the up most professionalism, punctuality, and respect. He will offer additional services or products with a "NO" pressure sale and quote which is greatly appreciated.
