I've always had solid service from Paul Stein Plumbing. Water heater, spigots inside and out, and sewer drain backup. They've always been on time, professional, and fair rates. Don't use an off island plumber, they'll just mark it up and take forever to get there. On Marco, these guys know their clients and get the job done right.

An absolute 5. I will only use Paul Stein for all my plumbing needs as I have been very disappointed in other companies I have used.

I called to ask for a Hot Water tank replacement. Never called back. Made an appointment to have ice maker connected. After they left had water all over. Was not hooked up correctly. Called them back and another technician came. A day later I find out this had also not been correctly hooked up. New manual was there for their reference. Now I need another plumbing job. I will not call Paul Stein.

They came out twice to fix the same problem.left without doing anything other than flush the toilet 10 times. To make things worst.they actually charged me. I called to discuss the bill.customer service was horrible. HE spoke over me at the very beginning and then became very belligerent. DO NOT USE.

The team arrived on time, performed the job perfectly, and on budget. Would recommend highly. Had toilet replaced, shower valved replaced, and hot water heater installed. 2.5 hours, great!

Very rude technician worked in our condo association today. The techician very rude to my husband in the parking lot with witnesses observing the situation. Husband called to report to office-they apologized. Hopefully, tech learned how to project a better image for this company.

We returned from vacation 10 pm and found a note our neighbor had turned off our water at the meter because the pipe to the house had burst. We used buckets of water from the pool to "flush" the John. At 7 am we called several plumbers who could not respond then called Paul Stein Plumbing who responded by 10 am and had us fixed by 11 am. Fast, courteous and reasonably priced. They are now "our" plumbers.

We were referred to Paul Stein Plumbing through a friend. After identifying a problem, within 60 minutes Arnoldo was at our home--well after his work day! He was unbelievably efficient with his diagnosis of the problem, solving it, and then much to our surprise---cleaned the entire area! If we ever have any concerns -- there will be one call -- Paul Stein Plumbing to request Arnoldo. A crisis averted!

I would give this business -1 stars, they sent an incompetent installer, he ruined our garbage disposal and could not complete the job. He spent more time in his truck than in our house. I would never call them again and would recommend that anyone thinking of using them reconsider

I called Paul Stein Plumbing this morning and within 90 minutes, Raul arrived and took care of a problem with each of our toilets. Raul was extremely polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend Paul Stein Plumbing to anyone. P.S. this was on a Friday morning and I was afraid we'd have to deal with the problems for the whole weekend, but they served us well and in a very timely manner.

My mother is a 72 year old retiree living in Marco Island. her house was damaged by the hurricane though fortunately she was not there at the time and the house is much better than many others. Still, when we came to assess the damage, we noticed the under ceiling on her stilt house had been torn down exposing a broken return pipe on her bathtub. Stein came out the very next day and the plumber could not have been nicer, replacing and repairing the damage in under an hour. Great service!

They have been superb in responding to my emergency needs on Marco. We are always worried about price and have had been overall satisfied. Paul the owner came out for the 3-4 calls we requested and is not afraid to get his hands dirty.

Called Paul Stein Plumbing after noticing the water heater was leaking in the garage. We recently purchased the house and were not sure of the age of the water heater. We were thinking worse case and that the water heater would have to be replaced. We were not looking forward to the unexpected expense. The serviceman, Leo, arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time of appointment.

He was very polite and personable. He inspected the water heater and indicated that it was only three years old. He diagnosed what was causing the leak (a rusty nipple) and replaced it saving us the cost of installing a new water heater. It's nice to find an honest, reliable contractor. We will be using Paul Stein Plumbing for all future plumbing repairs/projects!

We have an older home on Marco that requires constant upkeep.which is fine with us. We have had 2 separate and exceptional experiences with Paul Stein Plumbing. Both times they were prompt, courteous, professional AND VERY reasonable from a cost standpoint. We could not be happier and will be thrilled to recommend Stein!

Called to get a water pipe in a yard fixed for a customer of ours. When we hit the pipe they lost water to their house. I called this company and talked to the lady, she said "i can't give you a ball park on when we will be out there" this was at 9 am. So i called at 12, same answer. Called at 4pm, same answer. Called at 6pm (because the homeowners havent been able to take a shower the whole day) and the lady put me on the phone with "John". John yelled at me, laced me with cuss words, told me to **** off and find a other company, and said that "we dont give times on when we come out, we get to it when we can, and of we can't than **** you find another company.

So we found another company that came out immediately, was kind, and offered half the price as this "stein" company. Moral of the story? Don't trust the first thing on google. This company will fall to the free market forces as soon as word gets around. And i see the other reviews online for them are terrible also. Glad i wasn't the only one to get cussed out by "john" Since when is wanting to know what time your plumber will show up is a bad question? To this company, it's the worst question.

Called this guy. Explained the problem. He said 3 to 4 hours, $325. I said OK. He said he'd have "John" schedule me in. 3 weeks later. nothing. What am I supposed to do, badger the guy until he decides to show up? 2 explanations: inconsiderate or incompetent. You decide.
