Had a pipe leaking behind the wall between my kitchen and bathroom right before Christmas. Franzese came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak the next day. They took the time to educate me about the problem and discuss potential future issues. The plumbers who came out were professional and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Franzese Plumbing.

These guys wanted $150 to show up. $275 to unclog my bathroom "if" you hey could find the clean out. They warned me the price would go up if they needed to remove the toilet. Aztec came out for a free quote. Then for free told me it wasn't a clog, my septic tank was full.

I had 3 other plumbers in to fix the low water pressure issue on our shower with a Grohe valve. None could solve the problem and quoted $2800 to tear out the wall and replace 2 valves. The Frazese plumber had it fixed in 20 minutes!

I had a pretty significant pipe break in the front yard on the house side of the meter box and it was pouring pretty severely. Had the city come out first to see where it was and they determined it was on the house side of the box. My contractor neighbor happened to be standing outside when I was chatting with the city water guy and I asked him if he knew anyone that was trustworthy and could get out quickly.

He told me that he'd been using Franzese for all his plumbing work for 30 years. They came out within maybe 30-40 minutes of getting called. The guy that showed up was Tyler and was very professional and seemed like a very nice person. He quickly gave me a quote which was very reasonable especially considering he was going to have to dig down a bit into the front lawn and there were a lot of palm tree roots in the way.

The roots likely caused the rupture in the first place. Tyler quickly and efficiently went to work, made the repair which was a bit tricky due to way this thing broke. Once repaired, he tested and filled where he had to dig back up, thanked me for my business and was on his way. I will absolutely use Franzese again based on my positive experience and fair pricing.

I also own a company with service technicians out on the road and I would be very pleased to have one of my employees handle themselves in the manner Tyler did. Thank you Franzese for making what could have been a nightmare into a positive experience. You have earner my future business for sure!

Critical: Value I read reasonable in other people's reviews. I didn't see reasonable at all. I supplied the same replacement kitchen faucet. So it was less than an hour to replace faucet and handle on a toilet. Maybe $375.00 was reasonable- but I didn't think it was.

I've had to use Franzese twice this month and have used them in the past. Chris came out and fixed our issue in no time! He was extremely nice and very personable! Their prices are very reasonable. I had called another company in the area who wanted to charge me over $300 to change out a showe cartridge! Franzese didn't charge me anywhere near that! I highly recommend them!
