Dakota came to my house and identified that my water line to my water heater was corroded and leaking. He also noticed that my hose spigot was leaking and replaced it. This is a great company to use for plumbing needs.

Vincent Plumbing is one of those rare contractors that rises above the rest. It can be very difficult to find trustworthy professionals that show up, are competent, do not try to sell you on things you don't really need, and follow through. We are fortunate to have found them and recommend them to all our friends. Knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, and trustworthy.

Had a leak in a pipe in the basement. Home advisor recommended them. Put in my request was called the very next day. Told me Jeff would be out tomorrow morning at 8:00. He arrived right on time. Took a quick look. Gave me a estimate and immediately started his work. Less than an hour later he was finished. Great job. Great price. What I found even better was his companion. I lost my husband in August and after he was done he prayed with me. Such heartwarming from a stranger. Will definitely call again if I need help and you should too.

I have used Vincent Plumbing and Heating for 3 homes now for installing a water heater, gas leak repair, plumbing leak repair, dishwasher installation and more than that. They do a great job. Their prices are reasonable and they get the job done timely. I have a high level of trust in their work. I recommend them without hesitation

Very knowledgeable with radiant heat system. BUT. Charged $150 /hr to come repair a couple copper pipes. Used expensive fittings that are not soldered but crimped on.and claimed it made up for it in labor. But for an hour and a half of work with parts I got charged over $425 (with a $69 trip charge). So that was over $100 for materials for 3 small repairs in copper pipe. Additionally he didn't finish the job. Said he was out of time at about 2pm.

Before he was scheduled to come back I asked him if he would consider lowering the hourly rate since other plumbers I had been in touch with charged closer to $100 an hour. He declined and said his knowledge and experience was worth it. After a couple hours I told him I would still pay the higher rates and just wanted to get it done. He said he filled the schedule (in that couple hours) and couldn't get to it till later in the week.

I provided some available times and he told me he wasn't interested in the project. Left me with an unfinished job and overcharged me quite a bit in my opinion. Would not recommend Jeff Vincent.

Our water heater sprung a leak, and Amy was extremely helpful in scheduling the replacement time and verifying the cost and manufacturer options we had. Jeff arrived the next day as scheduled, on time, and did a great job of not only properly installing the new WH, but removing and cleaning the area of the old WH. Great and courteous service. The cost quoted on the phone, was the final cost. No hidden or surprise charges. We will highly recommend Vincent Plumbing in the future.

Scheduled them to come and replace my kitchen faucet. The gentleman arrived on time, which I certainly appreciate. He was quick, kind and professional. I have no problem recommending this company to my friends. Outstanding customer service! Thank you!

Jeff did a great job fixing the leaks under my kitchen sink and installed a new faucet for me! He checked everything before he left, he was very friendly, personable, professional and courteous. Receptionist was helpful by calling me before Jeff arrived and answered all my questions. Reasonable prices and not another run-of-the-mill ripoff plumber!

I am not one to post reviews, but I had to with this company. The master plumber they sent (Jeff I think) was phenomenal. We had zero water pressure in the house. Jeff came right on time, and called prior letting me know he was on the way. After he investigated, he told me the issue and explained what he wanted to do. He was very professional AND he cleaned up after himself. It has been a few weeks and our water pressure is great. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience from dispatch - plumber showed up when said - did a great job - charged a fair price. Very knowledgeable and friendly - patient with my many questions. Gave solution that other plumber did not and saved me a load of money. Recommend!
