I have worked with O'Leary Plumbing & Heating on everything in my home for almost 10 years! They have installed a new furnace, water softener system, toilets, sinks and dishwasher. They are always prompt, polite and knowledgeable, but this time they went above and beyond! Skyler came out to help rework some piping. He knew exactly what I wanted to do and every question I threw at him he not only had an answer, but afterwards I asked about a project I wanted to do down the road.
He not only listened, but said he would write a totally separate quote so I would know how much it would be. O'Leary generally has great service, but today it was stellar! Thank you for taking care of our home!

DO NOT USE! O'Leary does terrible work that they do not stand behind, and their pricing is outrageous for any repairs. We were new to the area and chose them based on good reviews online to do a brand new boiler installation for us at the beginning of 2020, but we have had nothing but problems with it. After paying a significant amount of money for the new system, we thought we'd be set for quite awhile as it was supposed to be a high quality boiler which also came with a good warranty.
The boiler itself has worked well so far, but their installation job was sloppy and has broken down multiple times, which they have tried charging us hundreds/thousands of dollars for each time-certainly not what you'd expect from a brand new system. First red flag: the original quote for the job included 2 zones, but when the crew arrived they informed us that the pipes were not set up correctly for that and it would actually be several thousand dollars more to zone it, so we ended up having to skip that even though it was included in the original quote for the job.
Then in the summer of 2020, less than 6 months after installation, the boiler started running on its own even though the thermostat was completely turned off. It turns out the wiring was faulty and they again tried to charge us another thousand to fix that. We had the unit serviced regularly by O'Leary each year. This spring, one of their workers was here for a quote for installing an AC unit (which we obviously did not end up going with them for).
He noticed the boiler was leaking significantly and said we should call to get someone out to look at it. They ended up having to come out 5+ times because the system is having pressure issues, and is still broken, literally leaking water everywhere. They have now given us a quote for another thousand to do this most recent repair (which is just redoing the work they had done in the first place, only 2 years ago).
Almost every single piece of the system that they installed has failed and/or broken in two years aside from the actual boiler itself, which is the only thing that happens to be covered under the warranty. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. We found a different company that stands behind their work and guarantees their work on all parts and labor for 5 years, and will definitely not be using O'Leary again. Super confused as to why there are so many good reviews. maybe they are good at other plumbing jobs, but boiler installation is definitely not one of them.

After a quote from another plumbing service which told us we needed a whole new water softener system and iron curtain (around $4,800) we wanted a second opinion and called O'Leary. Scott came out and looked at our system and explained the problem, which is only a maintenance issue. Since we are renting our system, he explained that we do not need a new system, and told us which maintenance will be needed.
His honesty was really appreciated since we were ready to spend money that didn't need to be spent. He was a lifesaver for our bank account! We are very happy that O'Leary has honest people working for them. We will always look at O'Leary for our plumbing needs!

O'Leary's had the plumbing contract when we built out home in 2010 and 2011. We were very pleased with them then, as we were this week. Ryan came to diagnose a hammering sound in the wall of our master bathroom and a leaking shower head in an upstairs bathroom. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. His explanations are easily understood and he doesn't hesitate to answer questions. It means a great deal to us and we have complete confidence in this company.

Discovered we had water leaking through the first floor ceiling Sunday night. Called Monday after work. Quick response time and able to set up something next day. I thought they were just coming to provide an estimate but they were able to fix right away without the huge mess and high bill I was expecting. Service: Plumbing leak detection

What great service! We called the office on a Friday morning and Ryan was on-site, on time by 10. We thought the issue was simply the pressure tank was finally shot, but Ryan quickly determined that there was also a section of frozen pipe too. Tank and piping replaced, section thawed and heater restarted and he was gone in about 2 hours. So professional answering all of my questions. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Our water heater died 3 days before our wedding. We tried to repair it but there was no point. We called O'Leary and within 3 hours they quoted us and scheduled an installation appt for the next day! The next day Dan came to install it. He was awesome & so professional! He made sure all the faucets were running and had hot water before he left! Thank you O'Leary & Dan for getting us hot water before our big day. Highly Recommend!

We have had O'Leary do work in our home for years. Air conditioning, water heater, well pump and furnace.they never fail to impress. Today, Skyler came to our home to diagnose what I thought was a leaking/failing water heater. He quickly found the issue and it was with our furnace, not our water heater. Skyler was fast, extremely polite and knowledgeable.
His repair was quick and inexpensive. Over the years, we've found O'Leary to be consistently responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They don't recommend or do unnecessary work. I couldn't ask for more from a plumbing and HVAC company.

We just bought a house this, and have had two emergencies crop up this January. O'Leary came highly recommended. First, our sewer line became clogged. Roots had gotten in the line and needed to be cleared. The second time the blower motor went out. Both Dan the plumber and Tom the HVAC specialist were really friendly and answered all of my questions. They were pretty clean and respectful, not leaving me any cleanup to do after. I appreciated their help and insight quite a bit!

We've been using O'Leary's for 20 years, and will never use anyone else. The techs know their stuff, and they aren't "taught to sell" to increase the amount on your invoice. Wes came out this morning to service a furnace in a new house that we bought, and while he might be one of their younger guys, he's as good as anyone we've had do work for us.
On time, efficient when he works, and took a few minute to give us some great education on this furnace to avoid problems in the future. It's great to know that O'Leary's is able to attract and retain these younger (under 50) people as well, because it tells me that we are going to be in good hands for a long time to come. Thanks Wes!
