I had a problem with my water heater. Another plumbing company wanted to replace the whole thing (and charge me around $3000). The guys from Schoenwalder correctly diagnosed the problem (clogged exhaust vent) and fixed the issue (took out bird's nest, put on an extension with a grate to prevent any further nesting). The guys were professional and easy to talk to, they explained my options and everything they were doing. Schoenwalder will definitely be my go to plumber for any future issues.

When I told them the problems I was having and the urgency of the issue, they made time for my service needs even when they were swamped with service requests. We've had them come out twice in the last month for separate things. One was urgent, the other was a planned install. Had great techs both times but had a shower faucet replaced around a year ago. Guy came out cut the wall did all the work and replaced the faucet. Worked great and happy with it. Called them for a leaking faucet (not an emergency and made it clear on the phone that i just needed them when they could fit me in) cause I was happy with the first one and again the tech was great but I had already cut the wall to give him access (and for me to find the leak) and had everything clean and ready for him when he got there.

Yet with all but with all the pre-work (to include telling the shop exactly what I needed parts wise) it cost me double what the last time did. Kinda sucks to have them come out, do the work, with no estimate, and then stick me with a bill twice what the last one was. Still gave them two stars cause both tech were good guys and very professional.

I called yesterday 2/9 in the morning and described my situation, Adam quoted me a price and even offered to have one of the technicians come that same day! I scheduled it for the next day 2/10 and the technician was here by 8:10 am! Super happy with the service and the quick install! Thank you so much! Definitely recommend! We lost our water heater and Schoenwalder was able to get a professional out the same afternoon, we had a plan and they were committed to getting a new unit installed the very next morning. Our water heater needed immediate replacement and the Schoenwalder team helped us out in a big way. Quick and easy experience over the phone being provided with cost estimate and scheduling appointment for next day service. Brian F came to our home and we had a very positive experience. The old unit was difficult to remove and drain, but Brian was still able to accomodate and did not make a mess in our basement.

Once the install was complete we talked through everything and also received helpful advice about the new unit and the plumbing in our home in general. We'll definitely be calling them again in the future.

Brian F. came out to our home and was wonderful! he helped us not only with the issue we called about, but another one that came up as well. Brian not only fixed both the problems in a very timely manner, he also educated us on how to better take care of our home and plumbing! He was very friendly and great to work with! It was also very easy to set up an appointment time and we were able to get someone out to our home within 48 hours for a non-urgent plumbing issue!

Called 8:00 AM workers arrived 12:30 PM as expected. They went right to work, had the tools they needed and were careful about work area. Price was as discussed. Work was completed professionally. I would certainly use them again. Easy contact and follow up.

Brian F was the plumber who came to my condo to find the sources of my shower leaks. He was able to locate them quickly and had the parts and fixtures I needed in his truck. Nice professional work but unbelievable costs for materials. Job was to replace existing Water heater. Installation was quick, pros of fixed price - only half the time of expected time and materials. However, ridiculous charges for materials which are additional to the installation cost and determined by the job. $68 for parts to replace an electric water heater.

He couldn't clearly show me the parts he added for $68. Along with the installation, I asked them to replace two circular valves above water heater with ball valves. They obliged and I didn't think of checking their cost of 1/2 inch ball valves. I was charged $35 each, $70 for two ball valves. As Adam there said, I didn't have these jobs done often so the cost of parts are little surprising to me.

Had a very good experience with Schoenwalder Plumbing for a bathroom shower repair and conversion from a two handle to a central handle. Brian is an expert and performs meticulous work! The finished work was perfect through ceramic tile. Prompt and quick service. I would highly recommend for all plumbing service!

I am absolutely happy with the customer service at Schoenwalder Plumbing. I called with an issue late afternoon and Brian came out early the next day. He was awesome. Very friendly and quick, professional installation. I also had a great experience with my initial contact person when I called with my issue (I can't remember her name, sorry :().
