Bad from the 1st person you talk to all the way to the people that never come, to the rude owner who hangs up on customers. Don't waste your time! Office staff was unorganized and unhelpful. Suppose to hear back 1st thing in morning and got a call late in afternoon. They were too busy to call in the morning. Finally set up a service time and was told I would hear an hour before arrival and called 3 miles from my house. Spoke the owner and she said it's too late and they could send someone later in the week.
It would end up being over a week since I first reached out for a leaking hot water heater. Found "A-Total Plumbing" that fit me in the next day. Terrible experience and would try to provide customer service. Spoke with owner and very rude.
