Scott was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. We had to call Georgia power for an unrelated issue, and that Technician had to inspect all Gas lines including the work Scott repaired and said he rarely see jobs done so well! We called first thing Sunday morning to get a technician to come and take a look at our water heater. Instead of sending a technician right away they walked us through how to trouble shoot it ourselves and it worked. If we do end up needing a service in the future we will definitely be giving them a call.

They replaced a water pressure regulator for us at a decent price. Then less than a year later, there was a leak at one of the connections they made to our main water supply. My husband and I have both called multiple times and left messages. No response at all from Plumbers United. We'll have to get someone else to fix what should have been done correctly.

I had an emergency because of a water leak from my water heater. I called just about every Plumber that stated they were 24/7. I found out the hard way that's not true. You are not 24/7 if no one answers the phone on Sunday. When I got to Plumbers United, Inc they picked up on the 2 ring and I was very presently surprise because of the other companies. Plumbers United United had a person at my door in less than 20 minutes. on Sunday.

Now that's 24/7 emergency service for real. The Plumber's name was Scott and he was very professional and even called me minutes before he arrived just to let me know he was just about here. Once Scott reviewed the situation he explained the problem and the solution in detail. I even found out that the previous plumber didn't to as good a job as I previously thought. I am extremely happy with the work and that Plumbers United, Inc. took my situation serious enough to dispatch a real emergency call to my home.

I had a leak in my basement and they came the same day to help me fix the plumbing. He did an AMAZING job! It was very professional with brand new up to date piping and he even sealed it so it looked brand new! I would recommend to anyone needing a plumber to use them! Later, I had to replace the shower handle and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. I really love this company. They are very nice, respectable, and so pleasant. They really treat you like family!

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time. Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released. I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true. We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.

I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved. We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation. I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training. The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

Plumbers United was quick to answer my call this morning and send out their very knowledgeable plumber, Kevin. After a quick assessment, he figured out the problem, gave me a reasonable quote and went to work. Everything he needed was on his truck, so no down time waiting for him to get parts, etc. After about an hour or so, I have no leak and an nice new water line.
