My husband and I used this company for a small job in 2016 and were pleased with their work and their price. Yesterday my husband called them and asked how much they would charge to pump a septic tank and was told (by the lady that answered the phone) $350.00. Since we were just checking prices yesterday, my husband called back TODAY but received a very different response and attitude!
When he explained that he had called and gotten an estimate for septic tank pumping the day before he was (sharply) told - (by the lady that answered the phone) that they had "no availability for septic tank pumping". He said 'Okay, thank you' and hung up. After a few moments to think about it, I called back and explained that our situation was not an emergency situation, and asked the when they might be able to pump the tank.
The same lady that had spoke to my husband sharply replied "We are booked solid" - then she was silent. I tried to explain that our situation was not an emergency situation, so it doesn't have to be done right away and ask "How long are you booked for?" She seemed annoyed by my question and said "WE ARE BOOKED FOR A VERY LONG TIME, MRS. _____!" (my last name) - Like I told your husband, you need to call someone else!" Very RUDE and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Apparently they don't want or need business too bad! Or maybe they just need a new receptionist!

Company came out to repair broken water line connector on one of the coldest days of the year! Tech called to confirm appointment and showed up first thing Monday morning after my Sunday evening call. Work performed was efficient and fairly priced. All around a professional and pleasant experience! I will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I love how they just "QUIT ON ME" and told me to call someone else. After he tells me it isn't a big deal and he can fix it. We called them on Monday, and its Thursday. WATER IS POURING OUT and he kept saying "I got to get the right part." We dug the hole our selves, MY ENTIRE LAWN is torn apart so we wouldn't have to pay him. Called him back out on Tuesday.
He tells us, he needs a different part. He says he can't come out on Wednesday due to the weather. He says he will come out Thursday morning. Comes out and says he needs a different part. Goes out to get a different part and doesn't come back until 5 pm. Works on it for an hour and then says "I quit. I can't fix it. You need this other part.call someone else." Are you serious? WOW. Unbelievable.
I'll make sure nobody will use them again. HOW AWFUL. I am a chronically ill patient who just came home from the hospital and we have no running water which is required! How can some stupid company just quit and leave their customer having no idea what they should do next.

Anyone who remembers what this company was: don't bother anymore. Way overcharged for a job and the guy insulted me (I wasn't there at the time) to my wife and made personal remarks about our home. If I'd been there I would have realized his bill was outrageous and told him he wouldn't be needed and call that competitor. They charged almost three times what a competitor charges, and more than double what they charged the last time.
In fact, for completely rebuilding a drain back when they were under their old management, they charged less. Which is a shame because they used to do sterling work at reasonable prices, and call you the day after as a follow up and to address any issues. Not anymore. I've given them literally THOUSANDS of dollars worth of business and my wife called them because we trusted em so much they were basically who we'd call. Well, looks like we're looking for a new plumber. :/

I have called Affordable Plumbing twice now. They are on time, get the job done right and when they say they are affordable-they are! I had a nice gentleman come out on a SUNDAY, and paid less than I would have anywhere else on a weekday. I also was quoted a price that was affordable, then they LOWERED it because they didn't have to do something. I believe most places would have just done the work at the higher price. Thank you Affordable Plumbing for being competent, pleasant and AFFORDABLE, with quality work. I will be telling anyone I know about your awesome prices.
