Michael Lott arrived on schedule and did an evaluation of my septic system. Said he would have to open the tank to do the evaluation. He quoted a price before starting the work and stated it was subject to change after the tank was pumped. Yes the quote changed once the tank was pumped. It was $300 less than the original quote. How about that! Would highly recommend Delta Plumbing. Prices are fair, work is thorough.

I contacted Delta to service my septic system, and they were able to come out the same day, and arrived within an hour of my talking with the customer service person on the phone. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, and they had my service done very quickly. They have financing available that can be completed on the spot if needed, which we did, and the terms were acceptable. Very satisfied, and definitely recommend this company!

Delta Plumbing is an amazing and reliable group to work with. After getting scammed by another company, Zach and all of his guys took care of my drain field installation. Not only did they help me, but they did it in the time promised, worked hard, and did an amazing job. They were such a great company and we plan to use them for any future needs. We had flooding in the front yard, that appeared to be coming from the ground. I had used Delta Plumbing twice before and was happy with their service. They were at the house within an hour of my call. The estimate to replace the main water line to the house was fair. Our water heater is in our attic and was leaking. It was mid afternoon when I discovered the leak and called Delta. They immediately sent Brandon out. Brandon was professional and courteous and installed a new water heater. This is our second time using Delta this spring. They helped us with a septic tank issue two months ago. Both times we were impressed with their service and everyone from the initial phone call to completion was great! We highly recommend this company.

We had a new bathroom floor installed, we were surprised to learn the floor installers remove the toilet but don't put it back! Yikes. Quickly called Delta, who arranged to come out same day. Joe provided an estimate and an option. We got a new modern toilet installed in remarkable time. I'm not just satisfied, I'm delighted. Service that exceeded expectations. AND a reasonable price.

I experienced a service issue with a plumber with whom I was not satisfied with the quality of work he provided. As a result, I emailed the company expressing such. The Office Manager, Evelyn, immediately responded to my email on the same evening and offered her apologies for my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Evelyn went an extra step to assure me she would make the situation right and would send someone the next morning to fix the leak in my bathroom. Plumber Mason arrived and did a GREAT job of assessing the leak and repairing my bathroom to my full satisfaction! Evelyn's quick responsiveness to addressing my concerns gave me confidence to utilize Delta Plumbing again in the future. Kudos to Office Manager Evelyn!
