Twice contacted them to fix a leak in the waterline on a water heater they have installed few yrs ago. They made the appointment and I paid my housekeeper to be home but no one showed up ever. Did not receive any phone calls either. Terrible service. Cost me money too. Will not use them ever again. Rusty

After the long and arduous task of searching for a plumber, we were recommended to JT Plumbing for our new residential construction project. Pricing was exorbitant (plumber shortage in Atlanta due to growth - everyone is busy). Nevertheless we contracted with JT because he was available. Upon taking the job, they were diligent about laying the initial plumbing into the ground prior to laying the slab.
The job, according to the builder, was described as "good". They were paid on time. However, when called back to complete the work. JT Plumbing went MIA. Apparently they had since gotten a "bigger job" and didn't have "the time" to complete the work for which they had already been contracted. JT Plumbing abandoned the project.they didn't even provide the professional courtesy of a notice.
This left us weeks without a plumber (still searching today) which has delayed our project and inevitably our move-in date. I wouldn't ask these guys to install a toilet assembly. They are unreliable and therefore unprofessional. And now after re-living this experience through writing this review. I'm so upset, I'm reducing their rating from 2-stars, to 1-star.

I completely understand where Jeff is coming from for SURE! I've been on calls to where it really didn't matter if we done the job, if the customer was happy exc. Because I worked for these guy's and was let go this morning. I wonder myself now why?!?! And thought back to just a couple of weeks ago when I was asked to take a after hour call and I declined, then I asked who's on call and is "suppose" to have the phones.
At that time I was informed is was in fact one of the owners that had taken off to the hunting land and decided that hunting is more important than the customer's. The reason I say this is because these fellas have been shady since then. So what would suit them more than letting someone go with a family before Christmas. And I must also add. I myself almost witnessed one of the owners nearly about to punch a builder out over a parking spot because he is to good to carry a SMALL box to the home. Me personally. WOULD NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! AND SURE WOULDN'T USE THEIR SERVICES AT ANY LEVEL!

These guys don't have an expanding drain removal tool to remove the drain in my tub. They came out and couldn't remove the drain from my tub, because the guy was in the 'wrong truck' that day. Next time he came out, he had the 'wrong tool.' It's been 2 weeks I've been waiting for them, so I called them today and they said they can't find the tool, and I should probably just get someone else.
They seem nice enough, but they can hardly be 'full service' if they don't have the tools for the job, and they are not professional enough to follow up without me hounding them. At least they didn't charge me. Don't waste your time.
