This is a terrible business. Took advantage of my elderly parents. They busted a water pipe and caused significant flooding I the house and severe damage. Took a long time to repair and replace damage. The shower is somewhat unusable. The water drains into the floor. The sealing around the shower stall in nonexistent. Poor customer service and condescending employees.

When our kitchen sink clogged for the third time in about four years, I looked for a reputable local plumber that could fix the problem once and for all. On the initial call, Mike was able to snake the line open, but advised that, due to the length of the drain line and the age of the house, there was a good deal of grease build-up remaining in the line.
I scheduled a follow-up for a jet clearing of the line. Danny and his partner came out and did a quick, clean, and efficient job in completely clearing the line. Not only is Gladhill Plumbing and Heating a local, family-owned business, but their outstanding customer service, responsiveness, excellent quality of work, and very reasonable prices make them a 5-star-plus business! I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs!

Called on them to deal with a blocked kitchen sink. I told them that I wanted to use a camera to try and find out where exactly the drain was plugging and that it needed 50 feet of snake. They said that they would deal with it. Later they told me that: the camera would not fit in a kitchen sink (they didn't even know what size the pipe was, it is 3 inch) and that they didn't have fifty foot of snake (in which case they wouldn't have been able to get to the blockage). A total waste of time.
