Took 5 days before I could make an appointment to fix my AC but they came recommended from a good friend so I decided to wait. They gave me a 4-Hour window from 10:00 to 2:00. At 1:50 they call and cancel my appointment. I understand that things happen and schedules change but there were two things they could have done that would have made this right.
Call me earlier in the day to cancel so I don't end up waiting 4 hours and not getting my AC fixed. Or make an appointment first thing in the morning next day. Instead they offered me an appointment two days later with another 4-Hour window. I'm paid by the hour and I lost most of my pay that day and still didn't get my AC fixed. Not acceptable.

Our hot water heater broke on New Years Eve. We called and the on call technician said they would be able to come out first thing on Monday to replace it. We were called Monday morning and told that due to the snow (it's not snowing in Westminster) staffing issues and Covid, they can no longer service our area. It would have been nice if we were told that three days ago so that we could have had another company come out. Terrible customer service.

Our water stopped working over the weekend. We called 10pm on a Saturday and someone was able to speak with us and set an appointment first thing the next morning. By 9am we have water again! The technicians eased our worries almost immediately, and the cost was super reasonable. A couple days prior, we called a different company when it was just a water pressure issue, and we were quoted an insane amount. We were in the process of getting different quotes until it became an emergency issue and we went with First Class Mechanical. Thank you so much for your services!

My elderly parent's well pump failed and they were out of water. They placed a call to First Class Mechanical and they showed up the same day. Not only did they have the needed parts on their truck, but they were experts, very professional, and made sure that my parents had their water back up before an impending Winter storm. I am very thankful to Gary and his team for the quick, professional, and excellent work! On top of it all, they were exceedingly reasonable in terms of pricing. We will keep First Class Mechanical on speed dial for any future repairs.
