Last week, I had Warner Service at my home three days in a row for three separate issues. Monday was an A/C service policy call to make sure my A/C is ready for the coming hot weather. Cody Call and his partner explained everything that was checked and provided me with a co-worker who could provide estimates on replacing my A/C unit. I had been putting off a replacement for a couple of years, but, felt that it needed to be replaced sooner rather than later. Tuesday, Jeff Smoot stopped by and checked out my current equipment.
He talked to me about two different options and explained how both systems would work. Later that day, I received estimates for each option. On Wednesday, Matt Main and his partner showed up to fix a leak coming from my pressurized well tank. Due to the age of the existing tank, it was replaced. Matt was thorough with the installation and quickly got the job done.
I didn't realize how poor my water pressure had become until AFTER that tank was replaced. Every one of the technicians that came out, Cody, Jeff and Matt, were extremely polite, knowledgeable, on-time and patient with my questions. Kelly, has also been very helpful in providing information on services and costs, I always enjoy talking with her. I highly recommend this company and plan to keep their phone number handy!

Had work done yesterday, Mathew Main was the technician, did a wonderful job, 5 stars for him. He's not the problem. Warner is the problem. I had a toilet pipe blockage which started spraying water yesterday and I needed a plumber to come out emergently. Warner was the only one who answered because it was a Sunday and Easter (I'm Jewish, so I don't care about either).
I was quoted $1100 but got charged $1320! For snaking a toilet! A two hour job, $1320! The reason for this is that it was a Sunday and Easter (which again, I don't celebrate, it's a Christian holiday), so I didn't understand why I was being charged extra for service on a day which only certain people celebrate.? I was told it was $500 extra because of the holiday.
I received a call this morning from their company, and I inquired as to why the company was taking advantage of people and price gouging. The lady on the phone said that I was paying for his overtime AND holiday pay. Why is Warner not paying for these? Why are they passing the cost of overtime and holiday pay onto the consumer? This is an unethical, greedy, discriminatory company.
I work in healthcare, so I have to work on most holidays. We do get holiday pay, but it is paid for by the company, not passed onto the consumer/patient. Also, I'm paying for you to work on a holiday that I don't even observe.? Are you paying Jewish and Muslim workers extra to work on their holidays? Or are you discriminating against them too? (Let's be honest, you probably don't even hire them).
And also, I'm sure you are keeping the extra money and only giving a portion to Mathew, who asked me to give him a review so he could get an extra $20 (please give it to him, he did an excellent job), and you still came out $1300 ahead. Avoid Warner. Price gouging, unethical, discriminatory practices. Passing on paying their employees a fair wage by making consumers pay for their overtime and holiday pay.
Go to Larry and Sons instead. Much better value, very fair prices, top notch service, and they're honest. Mathew, my advice to you is to start your own company. Warner, do better. Update: manager called me. Confirmed that they do pass on the costs of paying their employees' overtime onto the consumer. If you look at the average cost of snaking a toilet, it's $100-$250, and AT MOST $500. Warner charged me $1320. Avoid this place at all costs, they are a complete ripoff.

I contacted warner services on a Friday afternoon and was contacted shortly to arrange for someone to come out for a new water heater and to reseat a leaky toilet that I should not have done myself. Matt and Griff came rather quickly and took care of both problems. They cleaned up everything, and you wouldn't even know they were here. This is the second time I have called Warner to assist me with home service needs.
They have always been easy to deal with and actually call back, unlike many providers I have tried to call in the past. I look forward to interacting with them in the future as a homeowner in the Frederick community.

I would recommend this company, they were very responsive. Gary was always responsive and explained everything that was going to be done. Assured me that I would get my furnace repair done as soon as possible and Warner delivered. Bradley and Mason came out to do the install and were very professional and efficient. Bradley took the time to explain to me about the system and even made adjustments to my ductwork to assure that all rooms are properly getting air flow for my heating needs. Thanks again

Warner was fantastic from start to finish. Tom Welch made sure everything was right from the initial quote, to instal, to receiving a damaged unit off the truck (transit damage) and then immediately working on getting a replacement unit out the very next day. Technicians Thomas and his crew were outstanding. On time, efficient, knowledgeable, and cleaned as they went. If you're looking for and HVAC or Water Heater don't hesitate to give Warner a call. Fantastic experience and great employees!

Our AC went out this past weekend. I called their service number and said I did not want weekend service but would like to have someone come during regular hours. A got a call back from Gary shortly thereafter saying he would inform the office of this. Mid morning Monday I heard nothing so called Gary. He said he had informed Warner and he would call them again.
I received a call and stated I have a maintenance contract with them. The woman told me that it would be $195 to come out and $295/hour fee! She said they were so busy and had to charge weekend rates! I said I'd look for another contractor and she flippantly said "good luck". I lodged a complaint with someone at the office. I think Josh? He said he'd look into it. Haven't heard a word I found another contractor who was there in 45 minutes and fixed the problem.
He did a great job at a reasonable price. Warner had done our spring service just three weeks ago. I noticed that the fan seemed to be running a lot afterwards. We will not be using Warner in the future.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I had Warner come out in May for plumbing issue main pipe to street. 30 days later same issue. They wanted charge $598 which was higher then fist time. If tech would have done it right the first time We wouldn't need come out again. The customer service is horrible. Superior Josh didn't care about that tech didn't give us options needed to fix it the first time and refuse to work with us. He claimed he would call us back and never did. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have been trying to get a $250 rebate since May 2019. It was written into my contract and two months after installation and payment, I contacted my sales rep who told me he made a mistake and I wasn't eligible. He also told me he would take care of it. After numerous texts, I finally called the office. They took my information and I never. received a return call.
This is terrible customer service! If the sales rep made a mistake, the company should cover it especially since it was written into the contract. Next stop. small claims court and the Better Business Bureau.

I strongly discourage anyone from using Warner heating and air company. We bought a brand new furnace and air conditioner from them just 2 years ago. We also purchased an extended 10 year parts and labor warranty. A part broke on our furnace already and every time they come out to the house they try to charge us a ridiculous amount of money. Each. time they act like our service is not covered until I pull out my own paper work as proof and contact their manager. Ridiculous.
Please share to avoid others being screwed over. Update: this company is HORRIBLE. Once again had Warner out to look at our heat pump yesterday under our so called "entended parts and labor plan" Their man spent all of 10 min and said all he did was pick some crust off one of our sensor rods and gave us a bill for $219. They argued with me saying that this was not covered in my parts and labor plan. I will NEVER use this company again.

There are not adequate words for the professionalism of this organization. We requested a service call.the technician was Cody.he thoroughly explained the problem. (basically, an old, aged system. ) this was 5 days ago. He connected us with sales (Steven) and about 10 minutes ago, Matt and Stephen just left finishing up a new install. The professionalism was simply amazing. From start to finish. truly a quality job by a quality company. we have been customers for more than 30 years.and it just keeps getting better. Thank you!

Horror of horrors - we lost out air conditioning that week that the temperature soared to around 100. We called Warner's, since they have given us great service with plumbing. They were not able to come for four days, but the day they came they quickly found the problem and were able to get our air running after about 10 minutes of work. I was a little unhappy that they did not have the needed part with them and I was charged $70 for them to go back to get the part. But both men (George and CJ) were courteous and efficient.

I have used and recommend Warner since I used them during my days as a facility manager. December before last we had a new heating and AC system installed. They came to service the system last week. Since then the condensate line has flooded parts of my basement. I called to have someone look into that today. They charged me $69.50 to show up, . even though I have a service contract.
The tech installed a clean-out, 5 minutes work $.50 worth of material. It took five times as much time to calculate the charge, another $150.00. and he said he could send a plumber to snake out the drain, 2 feet long for $400.00 + dollars more. I am 73 years old and living on a fixed income. Never had a minutes trouble with the drain for 24 years until they serviced my new unit. Thanks guys for taking care of your good customers.

Not recommended. Called to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They arrived on-time and were courteous. However, they wanted $500 to run a snake down the pipe! I told them no way. They then charged me $150 just for coming out. Very disappointing. Oh, and I bought a snake kit from Home Depot for $20 and fixed the problem in 10 minutes.

Standing pilot of furnace for Boiler was out. Service technician showed up on time, found the problem and completely repaired it. Displayed knowledge of system and what caused the problem and how to repair it in a timely manner which he did. At all times he was professional and very pleasant. After repair explain complete process to me. He went through the paperwork completely. I've had experience with this company both on commercial property and our home. All experiences have been excellent. Highly recommend Warner service.

Worst company ever! They flooded my condo twice in 7 days! They used heat over a sprinkle head, dumbasses! On top of that I was delivering my baby in a couple of weeks. My condo is still torn apart and not livable. They did not offer us anything, not even to put us up in a hotel! Our condo has still not been fixed. Worst business ever! Do not use them!

Called during the evening when our air conditioning system (new) broke down. They advised that it would be a much lower rate to call the next day at 7:30 AM if not an emergency, so that's what I did. At 7:30 AM the next morning, I was given a window between 3-6 PM that a tech would arrive (no rates were mentioned, but this was a daytime visit). Tech came at 5:00, found that only the filter needed a slight adjustment/clean and charged $290!
I asked (shocked) why the rates were so incredibly high and he said that the emergency rates kick in after 4:00 PM ( I was never told this). Then he added that I should have cleaned the filter better. Also told me that the company never mentions the rate difference because they are in it to make money. All his words. Completely unprofessional all around from the time that it was schedule to the actual service call. Thank you, Warner, for the very expensive terrible system (two breakdowns in less than 3 years) and the terrible service.

Guy came in to do the furnace inspection. Told me that the furnace chimney is not attached to the wall and it would be $300 to do that. I said I'd wait. He said it's not allowed to keep it that way and he'd have to shut down the furnace. Effectively forced the work on me. Now the the seal he made is cracking and falling apart. I'd never call Warner for any work.
