I witnessed the driver of this truck run 2 cars off the the road taking the exit from West Patrick Street in Frederick going onto the 15 ramp (that goes onto 270) driving up the side on the curb & then going out onto route 15 (270) cutting the cars off and never used a signal at all. With this type of driving & drivers I will most definitely let everyone I know about this.
Post about it on other sites & will never look to this company for business. I got the tag number to let my friends on the police department know as well. Hope the guy driving get to where he needs to be without anyone getting hurt.

After finally getting someone on the phone after several emails through their website only to be told that since my home isn't under warranty they can't help me. What a bunch of bologna! You definitely didn't deserve to service new homes in our community - Tanyard springs. You can believe I will let my neighbors know how unhelpful your company was in repairing a service they did in our homes.

This last Friday, my vehicle broke down in a busy intersection during rush hour. I was blocking the intersection and waiting on the police to arrive. Two gentlemen from Ben Lewis Plumbing pulled over and helped me. It was Friday and they could have driven by like many other people but instead they pulled over and helped push my truck out of the intersection, ran to get me gas, and found innovative ways to create a funnel to get the gas from the can to my gas tank.
In this time of much negativity surrounding the human race, they have renewed my faith. The driver of the work truck would not take the change from the gas I tried giving him. I thanked him and he said that it happens to all of us at some point and somebody helped him before so now he was helping me. Very humbling. These two Ben Lewis workers are great representatives for the company they work for. They were honest, helpful, kind, and good citizens. If they are this helpful off work hours, they must be trustworthy in the services they provide. Thank you!

I called Ben and Lewis 5 times and wrote a email requesting Warrenty work to my townhouse, Which is 4 years old. My water heater pilot system has been changed before by them and still has Warrenty. They have failed to even call me back. I have been without hot water for 3 weeks now. They were the plumbers who installed the whole unit. I don't recommend anybody to use them for ANY type of work.
