My adventurous 5yr old decided to flush his sister's toothbrush down the toilet. I called McCann and the very friendly lady who answered said they unfortunately couldn't help me until the next day, which was perfectly reasonable. That same lady called an hour later and told me that something opened up and that they could be there within 15 minutes.

The two gentlemen (Austin, being one of them) were friendly, professional, and courteous. They happily obliged when I asked them if they could please wear the shoe covers that I supplied, and never once made me feel uncomfortable/unsafe. They were able to solve the problem in 5 minutes, and my daughter is so happy to have her toothbrush back! Just kidding - it went in the trash lol. Thanks again, guys! You'll surely be receiving our business in the future!

ONLY use this company! Seriously! I have had so many estimates and plumbing companies come out who said we had to replace our whole tub/shower surround just to fix the faucet stems that were stripped and causing a drip, they all said because they don't make these anymore, they quoted over 1k. Finally found this company and Austin was sent out to our house and replaced them right away with equipment he had on hand not having to remove the tub, did it all under an hour, recommended with full detail on other house plumbing issues to save money on easy DIY fixes, and was the most respectful and professional.

I am a stay at home mom with 4 children while husband is at work and he did not waste any time nor did he fraternize inappropriately. The price was more than fair : This company contact goes on our fridge and we will never use another plumber! Thank you so much for your HONEST and WONDERFUL service.
