After a miserable experience with the previous plumber who could not figure out the issue at all I decided to go in a different direction and call Taylor. They came out, actually listened to what I had to say about what the issue was and they knew exactly what it was. They fixed the problem and was out the door in about 30 minutes. Blown away by their knowledge and professionalism.

Our kitchen sink was clogged. When I called They we're able to do same day service. I received a phone call to let me know they were on their way and they had our drain unclogged quickly. If we ever have plumbing problems again we will call Taylors Plumbing. Service: Drain unblocking

Nate Taylor, the owner of the company, came out today to do a lot of plumbing services for us, and he was absolutely delightful. So professional and personable. He was on time as promised, neat and clean, very organized as he worked, he was efficient and installed new faucets in our kitchen and bathrooms, he fixed our water pressure and fixed some leaks in different pipes.

His price was very reasonable, his company doesn't pay for fake Google reviews (notice how other plumbing companies who have been in business for only 3 years have 500 5 star reviews? They are paying for fake reviews) and I am thrilled to have found him because he will be the plumber I use from now on. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a competent, trustworthy and fair plumber.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Plumber was to unclog the pipes but instead he caused over $6k in damages. Office manager Cheryl offered to refund my charge but when asked about the damages to my carpet and ceiling, she asked "don't you have a lil kiltz for that?" Service: Sewer repair

Taylor Plumbing Services, Inc. saving the day again! We had a back flow issue at our house and called them yesterday (Sunday) left a voicemail and they called me this morning (Monday) immediately. They came out diagnosed and fixed the back flow prevention flap and the clog. Everything is working correctly again!

This whole team is awesome! Luann is very friendly and does a great job of keeping me informed! The workmen do a great job, are always professional and leave the area clean when the job is complete. Nate went above and beyond today! He was scheduled to do a backflow test on the sprinkler system, which he did, but he also made time to look at another issue that I had found earlier in the day.

It was 5:00, so I told him I would schedule an appointment for another day, but he said he had the parts on his truck and quickly repaired the sink! What great customer service! I highly recommend Taylor Plumbing!
