As a homeowner or a commercial property owner, you wouldn't want to hire one plumbing company for certain repairs and another for a new installation and then the first or the second plumber for maintenance or for emergency services.With Al's Plumbing at your service, you can get anything and everything done.
Your employee was courteous, professional and paid close attention during our conversation about the reason for my service call. I know he paid close attention because we discussed what I wanted done in two bathrooms and checking my two hot water heaters and he took care of everything with no further discussion.

Recently had a Water Heater installed and it quit working. (Al recommend this water heater as he ordered it and had it delivered.) Called in for service, Al came out, relit pilot light and said if it goes out again call the manufacturer. "They have been having issues with these units." Charged $150 service call and I'm still without hot water 5 days later awaiting the part. Does not stand behind what he installs. I'll have to pay another plumber to install the new part. I

No words to describe this company. Truly professional! Today, the Friday of the 4th of July weekend, when our water heater in the attic went out, dripping water down through our kitchen ceiling, they not only fit us in the same day, they were prepared, friendly, courteous, clean and had us up and running in less than 3 hours! With obstacles of 90+ degrees (i cannot even imagine the attic heat!), a low boy water heater due to attic height, and steep steps to the second story, they didn't complain and smiled the whole time. I do not recommend Al's plumbing. I called about clearing a short run of sewer line. I knew that it would only take them a few minutes. The person who answered the phone did not say our sewer cleaning services are a flat rate. The tech was done in about 20 minutes and presented me a bill for $225 saying "flat rate". If you do decide to use Al's plumbing, be sure to ask in advance about their "flat rate" charges.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. He sent an auger through the sewer line to find roots clogging the pipe. Cleared it and went back over with the auger and running water three more times for good measure. This definitely needed a professional and it was done in under an hour. Would highly recommend.

Receptionist was nasty and unhelpful. Told her I needed someone to walk me through a pump priming process. Said that, despite my need to establish a relationship with a local plumber as I would no doubt need one for future issues, "We don't give advice out over the phone". Stonage businessmen. Stonage receptionist. Now, I will make sure that "Good ol "AL" gets zero business from anyone with whom I come in contact.

Al's Plumbing is our family hero! One hour before a 1-7pm Open House Family Party started, the toilets backed up and overflowed! Raw sewage was coming out of the showers! My daughter was new to the Mandeville area and asked her uncle who should she call. He immediately said "Al's Plumbing". He arrived just as the guests were arriving and fixed the problem.
The entire party started chanting " We love the plumber!" Thank you AL for saving the day, our family will use you forever! You were very fair for a Sunday afternoon emergency call. PS American Home Shield Home Warranty had no weekend service. Answering machine only.
