I do not recommend using Mudbug Plumbing for any type of service. They are extremely unprofessional. I had made a call to them on Monday afternoon to try and set up an appointment to get my hot water heater checked out and to get a quote for a tankless water heater. No one called back. I then left another message Tuesday afternoon. Again, not one phone call. DO NOT USE MUDBUG PLUMBING!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Do not use Mudbug plumbing. Absolutely unprofessional people. You will be waiting a week for a quote. We got multiple quotes from other companies for a job and all estimated around $6-7k. Mudbug quotes $33,000 for the same job. Do not waste your time.

I called regarding a repair to my sewage pipe. I told the rude lady who answered the phone blueflash had my video already of the underground pipes. She first asked if I could send it to her then said we don't accept video from other companies so we will still charge you for another video. UH NO. Keep your rude business.

Mudbug came to our rescue! We had water leaking from second floor to downstairs late on a Friday. Called several plumbers and soonest anyone said they would come was Monday. John from Mudbug came out that night in high winds from Hurricane Delta to repair the leak. He was wonderful and very thorough. Found the leak right away and repaired it. Thanks to Mudbugs our damage was minimalized. Would definitely recommend.

Mudbug Plumbing will find the problem and fix it. I managed an apartment building that had had plumbing problems for 4 years prior to employment. Plumbers had come at least 4 -6 times but problem continued. So there was no solution for the hot water instanly turning cold and often only cold water. The company was professional, timely and took care of the problem.

Mudbug gave me a 2 hour time frame on the day that I called with a problem. Then the plumber called when he was on the way, letting me know that he would be there in about 20 minutes and he was. He assessed the problem, gave me a price and made the needed repair, since he had the necessary tools and supplies on the truck. He explained the issue well and answered our questions. Thank you.

They came to my home to detect a leak cut holes in my walls near my toilet and never detected a leak. I was told I had pvc pipes and for that reason he could not detect where the leak was and would not give me my money back. We did research and found out that there would be either a hot or cold spot near the leak and we found it ourselves. The plumber we were using asked us to have him come out and find the leak to know for sure he came and put an X in the spot we told him about and left. I'd never use them again!

I have used Mudbug for over 10 years. They are my go-to plumbing service for the restaurant I manage. When I had my real estate license, I referred all of my clients to them for their pre-purchase plumbing inspection. As a homeowner, I trust only them to help maintain my home. I would definitely recommend them for ANY service.

We had a major sewage issue at our home that we frequently rent out as a short term rental. The folks at Mr. Mudbug were so awesome at diagnosing the issue, then fixing the major problem. We had to have a good portion of our driveway dug out to replace our failing clay pipe sewage line. They were able to come out the very next day, dig up the bad pipe / replace / and refill and repair everything perfectly in such a short time (which was critical to me as I had new guests arriving a few days later).
I can't thank them enough. This is not the first time I've used them either, as they have fixed various leaks and issues at the house over the past few years, and I'm always impressed with their professionalism, timelines, and the quality of their work.

I called Mudbugs Plumbing to rebuild the insides of 2 toilets. I already had all the parts to rebuild one toilet. They charged me 185.00 for the rebuild kit, I was charged 55.00 dollars to install the parts I all ready had.40.00 dollars for 2 flaps another 140.00 for labor which the plumber was only at my house for an hour. The total cost to rebuild my 2 toilets cost me 420.00 which I think is too much when I already had the parts for one.
I spoke to the owner he said that is the rate that the go by out of this book. I feel like I was over charged because I know the rebuild kit doesn't cost 185.00 because I bought the other kit at home depot and it didn't cost 1/3 of that and the used the same kind in the other. I would never use Mudbugs plumbing again. The owner sends me a coupon for $25.00 off my next visit I told not to send it because I would never give them a chance to take advantage of me again
