Harold's Plumbing

We started with our utility sink backing up when our washing machine would drain. Then not long after the back patio slab would get wet while the washing machine was draining. Finally, we had to bite the bullet and come to the realization that we had serious plumbing issues. We were lucky because my neighbor had used Harold's Plumbing when they had to have their plumbing replaced.

Her husband spoke with several plumbing companies before he chose Harold's. He was very picky and I know he did his homework before choosing a plumber. We chose Harold's based on his high recommendation. Harold came out and did the video pipe inspection himself. He explained everything in detail on what was going on. Since the house was over 50 years old all plumbing had to be replaced, since the cast iron pipes had collapsed.

I was worried that my whole yard would be a mess with the digging, water & sand. To our surprise, these people are AMAZING. From the first guys who came and dug & made the trench by sucking up all the muddy mess to Clarence & David with Gator's Sand Pumping who is by the way owned by Harold's. They came and pumped the sand and cleaned up & you could not tell that I had anything done. Harold's team had nothing but positive words about their company and their boss and they had all been working with Harold in excess of 10 years.

That tells you a lot about an employer and company. One of the best parts was his office staff would call the day before and tell us what time and what would be done before his team arrived. They were on top of our job like we were their only customers. As worried as I was about having all of this work done, this team of professionals carried out the job without any interruption or disturbance to our daily routine. By far, hands down Harold's will be my go to plumber for any future needs.

Would not do business with a company that does business with Gator Sand Pumping. Horrible customer service, estimates aren't credible.

Harold plumbing replaced pipes under my home. The service I received from beginning until the end was professional. Harold came and gave an estimate following the work began. Every worker involved in the replacement were professional, friendly, a very positive experience. When the job was complete Harold deducted an amount from my bill for work he did not have to provide. Critical: Professionalism I called this morning to schedule an appointment and the young lady who answered was beyond rude. She was overly frustrated because i asked questions. Maybe if i had spoken to someone else my experience would have been better with this company

This company has been amazing from the initial phone call to the final clean-up. We had a huge project - digging tunnels under our entire home to correct the poor job that was done when the home was built. They were professional, showed up on time, and contacted us for every step along the way. Despite multiple surprises under the house, they explained everything to us and did not move forward until we understood and gave them the go-ahead.

They cleaned up behind themselves every day, which really stood out. The work was by no means "cheap", but in this line of work, you get what you pay for and we have confidence the job was done right.

The tech was professional and on time and knew exactly what to do. They even were available to come out the same day of the incident. I would use them again and recommend them.

I had a problem with a broken sewer line under my slab. Harold came out, took a video of my sewer pipes and set up the job. His people came out as we had scheduled and finished the job on time. This company basically re-piped the plumbing throughout our entire house (and had their brother company, Gator's Sand, do all of the backfill, which was so convenient!). I had an excellent experience with Harolds Plumbing. I was in need of hydro-tunneling and his company was the one I chose. Harold came out himself and made all measurements. He even made me a video that he had taken of the pipes involved. He explained the job that needed to be done very clearly and gave me an estimate on the same day. His workers arrived when expected and got all the work done in a timely manner. Harold's price was very fair and completed by highly competent and extremely professional people.
