Melissa was so incredibly helpful when I called about a backed up sewer line. She got Jonathan and his guys over really quick and they got us up and running in no time. Price was very reasonable and have scheduled some more preventative maintenence with them already.

2 hour job to repair pipe leak under house, did not have item to repair, had to go to hardware store and after completed had to wait 45; minutes for glue to dry before turning on water Charged $400.00 charge came from office, the mechanic and helper was very nice. Believe it was a bit expensive considering part of the 2 hour job was going to the hardware store and waiting for glue to dry.

Incredibly positive experience with Brooks Plumbing. Chris and Jonathan came to my home on short notice to address a water leak I couldn't access myself. They diagnosed the problem, presented effective solutions, and fixed my issue all within the same day. I hope I have no further plumbing issues in my home, but if I do, Brooks will be the first and only company I will reach out to.

Brooks Plumbing replaced my Mother's septic tank and system. I really had a hard time finding a company that would take on this type of job and we were bumping into hurricane season. Other companies came out but never followed through with quotes. Brooks Plumbing was very responsive in coming out to look at the job and providing a quote. Once we approved the quote they did the job professionally and promptly making sure they complied with the conditions of the permit and by also doing all the work agreed upon. My mother and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I called Brooks plumbing for an estimate to replace polybutylene pipes in our 35 yr old home in order to sell it. Jonathan came out that same day and gave us a fair estimate, explaining everything to us that needed to be done, and estimating a two day job. He and his crew did an outstanding job of getting the work done timely, cleaning up behind themselves, and inconveniencing us as little as possible. After reading countless reviews I decided to I called Brooks Plumbing and spoke with Jonathan. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I tried explaining our issues. Right away I felt like we were in good hands. He and Rob went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they help us find a more affordable solution to our septic issues but they also did quality work. They were both skilled and very respectful. If the need arises, I will call on them again without hesitation and I highly recommend them.

The guys came on time, removed the oid hot water heater and lines and fittings and electrical, etc. Roped up the new water heater into my attic, installed it, and all of it's components. Came down and cleaned up their mess and hauled all the old junk away! Super respectful and Professional young men! And was in and out in under 2 hours! I waited at least 5 months to see how our septic system performed before posting a review. During the rain we had at the beginning of the year, we had toilets clogging and gurgling problems due to our septic treatment system backing up from storm-drain water. We had another plumber assess the situation and we ended up wasting money paying for service we obviously didn't need; twice.

I started calling around and paid attention to what feed-back I was getting after explaining my problem. After several calls I called Brooks Plumbing and got Jonathan on the phone. Right away, he explained things in a way that suggested that 1, he knew what he was talking about and 2, that expressed his eagerness to make sure he would want to fix our problem.

These were attractive characteristics that were not shared from other plumbers or septic service representatives I spoke to earlier. They were quick to come out and assess the situation and prompt on their scheduled service. I didn't even have to tell them what the previous plumber did. Jonathan knew what the issue was with his first observation. They were there first thing in the morning and did not stop until finishing that late afternoon.

I have to say, 5 months later and non stop heavy rain for a straight week during this period, the system has worked flawlessly. The plumbing problems we have had since buying this house over 2 years ago are resolved now. Our family highly recommends Brooks Plumbing.

The crew was very professional and the job was done quick and I liked the way they kept the kitchen and bathroom area clean. I will be using them again. I got a new water tank and filtration system for my well last summer. The Job was done professionally they took the time to explain the filtration system, even helped me set it up for auto self cleaning.

I had Brooks come out a couple of years ago and replace my water heater. One thing I can say they were the lowest in price and did a fanatical job! Extremely professional and courteous! They arrived on the time they said, totally cleaned up and in an timely matter. I differently will use them again when needed.

I was incredibly nervous about selecting a plumbing company based on reviews, but I needn't have been. These reviews are true and I will add mine as another glowing endorsement! Incredibly professional, polite and efficient. They explained everything that had gone wrong and detailed how they would approach the repairs. They were punctual and - if you can believe it - cheerful! Daniel was actually singing carols as they worked!

No one wants to find out they need extensive repairs - especially at the holidays - but they were very reasonable and as you can see, did a careful and considerate job. I cannot say enough about the Responsiveness and Professionalism provided by Brooks. Our old HW heater failed completely and the gas was shut off to the property. Not only did Brooks respond the same day within a couple of hours. They turned up exactly when they said. They got the replacement water heater, found 3 gas leaks during the pressure testing and had everything back up and running the same day with a brand new heater.

While were they also rerouted some lines for us and tidied up the plumping mess from the old install. lastly they waited around for the gas company to restore the gas and fired everything back up. The owner of the company kept in constant contact throughout the day and the technicians worked through the whole day to make sure everything was perfect before they left. Their customer service is nothing but exceptional. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did.

The crew they sent did an excellent job. They were very professional and courteous. They repaired two toilets, a leaky shower valves and installed a new hot water heater. Charged what was quoted, no surprises. The crew said they prided themselves in doing it right so their was no need to call them back. I believe them from the quality of work they performed.

I needed my hot water heater replace. I liked Brooks Plumbing reviews so I called them on a Thursday. I had to leave a message but within ten minutes Jonathan called me back. We went over the problem, he gave me a quote and the next day Jonathan and Daniel installed the hot water heater. They were so nice and professional. Plus, they made me feel very comfortable that everything was ok.

Impeccable service and response.and that was at 5pm on a Friday. We had our main drain clogged (first time ever) which was fixed as quickly as possible. I couldn't recommend Jonathan and his company more. Thank you!,,
