Sean and Magic Rooter saved the day for us! I contacted these guys after I had previously tried another company and had a TERRIBLE experience. Sean informed me that they could come out on the same day that I spoke with him. He came out and he quickly had everything back up and running by using the HydroJet. Everything was explained and quality work was performed.

The price was more than fair for the Metairie/NOLA area. I would suggest Magic Rooter to anyone and we will definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs. These guys are the LOCAL guys that you can trust!

Amazing service! We called at around 10pm after we noticed our tub filling up from the drain with dirty water. They showed up in less than an hour and took care of the problem. They where friendly, worked quickly and answered all of my 6 year old daughters plumbing questions. Highly recommend!

I called around and got quotes from various plumbers. His price for: visit, clean-out and/or video inspection were pretty much the same as the others. However, the quality of service and honesty is what convinced me to choose this company. In both the initial phone conversation and during his visit his friendliness, expertise, knowledge and helpfulness shone throughout.
