Tanner Leatherwood and Isaiah came to see me on 6/22 and were phenomenal! Arrived on time, cleaned my ducts and HVAC system, took down & scrubbed my ceiling vents, helped with getting my air intake grates retrofitted for filtration (old house!), were polite, communicated everything; very happy with their work. Good people that care about my situation and how they can make it better. 12/10 would recommend

My air conditioner stopped working on May 9, 2022. I called David Gray customer service and they dispatched Mike Olsen, from heating and air, to address our issue. Mike was responsive and professional. He took his time and clearly explained all that was happening. My husband and I are very pleased with the service from Mike and will not hesitate to call again if needed. It was a pleasure to meet Mike and we are extremely pleased with the service he provided.

Savannah and her partner did an excellent job. Besides the regular maintenance they managed to get a wi-fi thermostat issue with Honeywell fixed. They are the best!

Jose & Bryan showed up on time, were very respectful, and did a great job installing our new AC. They explained to us everything that they did and how to work the new thermostat. Jose and his team with David Gray heating and air were very prompt, friendly, and professional. I have twin toddlers and although they are rowdy and rambunctious the crew seemed to enjoy their presence as we swapped stories of family fun events/attractions to attend locally, while they installed our new AC unit in my home yesterday. If you're in the market for a new unit or any repairs I highly suggest David Gray and request Jose as your serviceman! He's very informative and knowledgeable!

Tanner and his apprentice did an outstanding job cleaning my HVAC ducts, blower unit and my dryer vent. He made sure I was completely satisfied with this job and that any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction.

Critical: Quality Pictures are attached. Does the unit function? Yes. But, if details matter, then I would say run. The decibel reading is for my condensing unit, 24ACC436A003, which Carrier claims as low as 72. Really to bad, because David Gray was great to use for Plumbing and Electrical. Service: Install AC

Tyler Barr came highly recommended by our realtor for a complete repipe on a home we just purchased. He and his team were very professional. We even opted to replace the water heater and install a water softener at the same time because the price seemed reasonable!

Taylor and Cody arrived on time, and were very friendly and professional. They explained my options and provided a price up front with recommendations on how to future proof our purchase and extend both the warranty and the life of our new water heater. My elderly parents were in need of water after my father, thinking he could repair a leaking pipe; messed up the main water line to their home. By the time I got involved 3 days had passed and I was beside myself. Liz at David Gray was like an angel as she calmed me down, got me an appointment within a couple hours and took care of all the details right over the phone.

Then Tommy shows up like a Knight in Shining Armor! Not only did he "walk" me through the issue, (he sent pictures to me via text!)explain the cost involved, then gave me the best price possible in order to get the water back on; and had suggestions for what to do in the future to limit the cost when they are able to afford to permanently resolve the root cause of the problem.

On top of all that Tommy was able to deal with my father in a kind and courteous manner, which is not easy for most anyone who knows my father! He even gave my mom a hug and told her to have a nice holiday! NOW THAT IS TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you LIZ! Thank you TOMMY! The way you treat your customers matters!

John did excellent work! The clog was 80 feet in, and very hard to find and remove, but they took care of it! Good value, and he even provided tips on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Couldn't be happier with his services. Service: Drain unblocking

Josh and his partner responded to our emergency call within 1-1/2 hrs on Saturday after Thanksgiving. He arrived, immediately diagnosed issue and completed the repair in 45 min. We had no water in house because the broken pipe could not be isolated. If "David Gray" had not responded quickly, we would have had no water until late on Monday! Thanks for excellent service!
